Food is always great. I just went through the drive-through here and the ladies customer service was awful. She had a mad face the whole time, Didn’t listen to our order at all Or maybe just a new person that doesn’t know how to use their tablet, but didn’t give us anything of what we wanted. We didn’t wanna wait in line so we just took it but unsatisfied with the customer service

Seems like I always get either cold fries or cold nuggets whenever I go to this cfa. I don’t eat cfa often, but from now on when I do I’m going to the one on university blvd. They’re way more consistent.

The always have exceptional customer service. Kind employees and the food is amazing. We went for breakfast and got their burrito and hash browns. Thought my kids would share one but had to go back for another. It was right when they start lunch but they were kind enough to help me get another one for my kids. I love their mini bites too

Went in at 955PM was not greeted by anyone and stood at the register while at least 3 workers passed by filled cups and restockong still no one said anything to us I said excuse me are toi open still no one answered. The hours say open until 11PM
Well folks it took a trip to Austin for me to finally try Chick-fil-A. The general manager was so nice to me when he heard that it was my first time ever at a Chick-fil-A he copped my entire Cobb salad with the lime avocado dressing which was outstanding by the way in fact it was so good I came back a few nights later to do a second one. I don't know if it was the Southern Hospitality that made it tastes so good but I have such a good impression of Chick-fil-A because of this particular restaurant it was packed to the gills there were a lot of people in the parking lot a lot of people in the drive through and a lot of Happy families. The facility was very clean and very welcoming to dining in and dining through
