I love chicken express but this location on palm valley is very disapointing. Third time i go and chicken old cold sitting under heat lamps the gravy for tenders was water not thick at all. Only this location has disapointed other locations are great palm valley looks like abandoned building wont use again

Chicken was hard... And the sweet tea tasted funny... When I got home I poured out the tea and found this brown stuff at the bottom of my cup... I'll NEVER eat here again. Idk what it was or if they aren't cleaning their dishes or what but I'm extremely disgusted by this. I did not call because I threw out my receipt. But I'll NEVER come back. EVER!!!!!
In response to the owner: let's be clear it was NOT busy when I came it was one other car in front of me that's all no cars in the parking lot. And if your team cleans the containers then explain what this is that was in my cup? There's no excuse. Didn't even offer to make it right. My review still stands. This was unacceptable.

After 25 minutes at the window, order was wrong and food was cold, only thing warm was the coleslaw
Today was a really bad experience. The fish was so hard and no meat . Mini poppers hard as a rock and no filling. I took it back but they literally gave me half of what I ordered . ???? The guy in the front was so slow he walked so slow to get the food I was waiting for 30 minutes for . I walked up to the counter only to see a pile of food orders while he was slowly handling orders . He didn’t care. He even made a face towards me when I asked nicely for many items that were missing. Cold and hard food . I ordered family pies and they were no icing and cut into. ???? What in the heck is happening? Manager please look at your cameras to see his work ethic. You will see the evidence. This place has never us down until today. Btw fish was also not seasoned. No salt, no flavor, hard, old and Sad! This happened Sunday (sept 22-2024) palm valley location around 2:30pm.

I just received the kind of order that's so bad, I'll probably never order again from here. The chicken had clearly sat for over an hour, the mashed potatoes had no gravy, and the biscuit was dirty. If I had the money I'd have thrown it away and ordered Golden Chick, but I'm broke, so I ate this terrible meal and am hoping I don't get sick.
Edit after owner's response: I've worked food. I've eaten here before. There's no way this chicken was cooked recently. The biscuit was dirty, so maybe you should clean your warmer. Most importantly: gaslighting is not customer service. You sent out subpar food. Deal with it.
