Today was literally the worst experience I have ever had here I’ve been coming since I was 10 and today we waited an hour then decided to get a refund bc that’s crazy then they tried arguing wit us and we just wanted a refund then we saw them touching peoples food with bare hands and so we got a refund and left. Don’t recommend!! So disappointing it used to be so good!!

Would have been a zero if I could. Went in and was fully ignored by every employee even though I know they saw us. We stood at the front for a good 15 minutes as we watched them continue to send food out via the drive though while their manager was "busy" sitting down. He offered his team no support and it was obvious they were busy and could not leave their stations.

Food is good. My family loves the chicken strips. However, you cannot leave the drive-through without ensuring all of your items are included. Tonight, I got a family 15 piece chicken strip meal and it was supposed to have 2 family sides and rolls. I didn't realize until I got home they didn't pack one of my sides. Total bill was $40 and I feel ripped off.

This place has definitely seen better days. The food quality has gone down a lot. Ordered the 4 tender dinner, spicy, with fried okra and mashed potatoes. I added an extra side of mac and cheese to try out. The tenders were small and mostly batter. The mashed potatoes were what you'd expect from a place like this. I could tell the fried okra was old. It wasn't crispy or hot, and had a gummy texture. The Mac and cheese was disgusting, ice cold and soupy. Will not be back to this establishment for food, just a sweet tea. Also ordered multiple 32oz drinks, no drink carrier available, and received an attitude when I asked for a bag. Teenagers working the drive thru, but still.
The Chicken wasn’t very hot and the fries were hard as a rock . Not as good as the Marble Falls location.

We went to the location and ordered an 8 piece chicken with 6 dinner rolls. The 8 were 6 wings and 2 legs. We were first in line, but last to leave. We waited an hour for the chicken, the rolls were cold and we got the wrong pieces of chicken. We called to notify them of the problem and the said they could not replace our chicken and we must come at 9:00 AM when the manager come. Please do not come to this Chicken Express, because it is HORRIBLE. No manager on duty with a bunch of youngster running the place ?. Bad Service ?. Would have given them a 0 if I could. Save your money and go to Churches or Popeye's.

Stopped by your Round Rock location on Saturday night after a long day of work. Decided to dine in the lobby. The manager on duty took my order. She was very respectful and I couldn’t tell you the last time I got such good service. Everyone there was nice. I had the fish and it was good. Would recommend.Parking: Handicap Parking Accessible. Plenty of parking spaces.
