Server was way inattentive. He would promise to get things (refills for drinks) and then we'd see him refill other tables and completely forget about us. Finally he had someone else wait on us and then even transferred the check to them.

I live next to a chilis off 35 and Howard area. I will drive be the extra little bit for this service. O don’t know who the manager is but I know hers helpful and nice. This goes for the staff as well. They are amazing here!

Our waiter (Kyle) was so pleasant and attentive! He recommended the New Nashville Hot chicken crispers which did not disappoint! The staff was great, the atmosphere had upbeat music playing, and the food was delicious! It was a great evening!

Our server, Alyssa, was FANTASTIC. Everyone we encountered was lovely, but she just made our entire evening with her bubbly personality. We had a negative experience at another nearby restaurant and ended up at Chili’s pretty downtrodden, as it was my son’s 9th birthday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of by all of the staff. We were a party of 10, so I know that can be difficult as a server but you wouldn’t have known that from how Alyssa treated us. She completely turned our night around and my son had a wonderful birthday dinner. We can’t speak highly enough of her!

Absolutely worse managed Chilis I have been too. Was trying to order to go when I arrive at 10:02 PM so I didn’t stay after closing but it took them a while just to acknowledge me. Told me to go to the side to order to go then told me the to go area was closed at 10:12 PM by the manager. Came back to the front and waited till 10:20 PM to be told would I like to order to go. What the actual fkkk. I told the waitress it’s ok I will take my order to go and have a seat near the door. Waitress apologized by stating”you see me running around.*hire more workers*schedule better
