I just ordered the meat and veggie egg rolls and shrimp egg foo young and shrimp and broccoli for pick up . I walked in and it was empty in there on a Friday around 4pm. First for the shrimp egg foo young they only give you two patties and a small container of gravy for $17.00. They are extremely expensive. The food was nasty. The shrimp they used was robbery and tasted frozen. My husband and I are extremely disappointed. Please do not waste your money.

I went to buy a guitar at Guitar Center, and needed some food, so I went over to this restaurant right next door. The reviews didn't look promising, but I was hungry. I made the biggest mistake I've made in a long time. The second I walk in, I noticed that there's nobody inside. Two Chinese people come running up to me and tell me to sit anywhere. The lights are dim, there's literally nobody inside the restaurant at 2pm on a Saturday, and the music only got turned on once I sat down. I suspect my server was the one that made my food, and I'm pretty sure that they're the only one in the store except for his wife at the register. I ordered chicken and mixed vegetables, and it was the worst food I've had in years. The chicken was definitely expired, you could taste the ammonia. I had to spit it out. The soup was two dumplings in broth, and the rice was made without seasoning. The carrots were rotten, you could see the browning. I assume that because they get so little business, they don't care about the expiration date of food. The service was great, but that's because I had the entire restaurant to myself. Then I get the bill, and they charged me $18 for a meal that said $13 on the menu. I left cash on the table. I will never go back. Please never go here unless you want to give your friends food poisoning, which sounds pretty funny, so maybe do that as a prank. No, this is not a review for the good Thai place right next to Guitar Center. This is China Wall, in the same complex. Please go to the Thai place instead, they had actual customers

Sad to say this, been coming here for 20 years. Unfortunately, seems like it's going downhill. 1 meal, 1 large noodle, sake, and 1 coke and it was $58. Very expensive for what we got. Noodles weren't that warm..my husband's chicken was tough and not very flavorful. This used to one of our favorite places to eat, but unfortunately I think they're hurting bad, and it's showing. Owner asked us if we were paying in cash, and our receipt didnt show prices of anything we ordered, just our total...kind of strange and sketchy. Also, for a Friday night, it was just us and one other man dining in. Sad to say, I'm not sure we will be returning anytime soon.

Food was okay. I have had better.Service needs improvement. The server was okay. However, he & the lady at the counter tried to upcharge us a couple ways:1st way was charging us for something we did not order. 2nd, they charged us for rice, which on the menu appears to be included with the meal. The atmosphere was ok.Overall, I would not recommend this place.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant anywhere, so when someone gives it a bad review, don't listen to it. I've been coming here for over 30 years. I don't go anywhere unless it is very good. Everything is good, but my favorite is sesame chicken. The place is very clean compared to other Chinese places I have been in this world.

Went there and I knew the price didn't seem right did the math and they were overcharging. The lady said because of the containers. They make you think it's sales tax then when you are already charged they hit you with the truth.

The bill included 18% gratuity but when we paid in cash, he never brought the change, which it would had been about another 16%, I had to ask for it.I requested my food spicy and there was not a drop of spice on my dish I had to ask for more when the wither finally made it back to my table which at that point I was almost done with my food….

Ordered chicken & vegetables and the first bite of the chicken, it tasted horrible. The chicken was probably old and expired. When calmly addressed the issue with the owner, she went ballistic! She was screaming at us saying that we always return the food, which is an absolute lie. We've been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years and have never returned a thing. The owner was extremely rude and did not offer to make things right. We did not eat any of the food that was ordered but she still charged us the full amount. We paid the entire bill plus tip and left. We will never again set foot in this restaurant! The owner handled the situation extremely unprofessional!

I had taken my family for lunch and was very disappointed with the automatic 20 percent gratuity added to the bill. When I asked as to why they added it to my bill when it was just 4 of us, the lady pretty much told me that it was due to no one wanting to tip, so they figured to just add it automatically to everyone's bill.

Super sad to learn that this restaurant will be closing down in February… my family and I have been coming here since we were kids. The owners and staff are so nice and joyful! They always make you to laugh and smile. Their food is also very good! This small family owned restaurant has been open here forever. When talking with the owner about this place shutting down, they were really sad about the situation.China Wall has been apart of the community for a long time. I hope everyone gets a chance to come eat here and talk with the owners before they close their doors for good.We love this place.
