I got THEE smallest burrito at this location and was charged like 9 or 10 bucks for it. I've never been back, I honestly should have walked back in there and just asked for a refund and went somewhere else cause it was so egregious. Fit in the palm of my hand, wish I could find the photo

The girl was very rushy with my bowel what else, what else. The chips they gave me were very stale. Who wants to spend 20 something dollars for a bowel and not made good or right. These workers need to know how they would want there food themselves no one likes stale chips. Please dnt serve stale chips to your customers.

Management should be embarassed poor girl alone at register and food line while other employees filled up ice machines or swept floor. Caused the biggest line and took 30 min to order. SCHEDULE BETTER

Girl in the front with glasses was rude as hell. Saw her give a door dasher in front of me attitude. Told him “stop” when he was trying to pay and then just threw his burrito in the bag and gave it to him. Door dashers weren’t even acknowledged by her. Someone from the back kitchen brought food to us( pickup order). Horrible. Felt ignored while waiting for my food.

I recently visited this Chipotle location and was shocked at how dirty and unkempt it looked. The prep area was messy, with food scattered around and the counter looking grimy. The sneeze guard and metal surfaces were smudged and sticky, making the whole setup feel unhygienic.

The staff member preparing food didn’t seem to notice or care about the overall cleanliness. It was honestly hard to enjoy the meal knowing how poorly maintained the area was.

Chipotle usually has much better standards, but this location seriously needs attention from management. Cleanliness and food safety should never be compromised.

DISGUSTING. (Employees are trying their best, working as hard as they can it seems, but there is just not enough of them from the look of the store.) The place was a disaster with trash, food, dried/hardened, old, smeared food on the serving counter and cooking counter in the back. I left without ordering food.

What kind of Mexican restaurant runs out of onions? This location is out of the fajitas and chipotle tobasco sauce almost everytime I come here. It's strange for a business to be consistently out of such easily obtained ingredients, especially when there are only like 12 menu items to keep stocked. Mind boggling. Ive never been to a Mexican restraunt or even food truck that was out of onions - ever- and Ive lived in Mexico and Texas.

My carnitas bowl was good. The tortilla that my husband had was hard to chew. The portions were pretty good.
Kaleah (name on the receipt) was the cashier. She seemed inconvenienced when we asked for cups. My husband said the manager was not friendly either.
The outside area had a lot of litter everywhere.

I’m sorry to have to say this I’ve been in a restaurant business for 20 years but I ordered two burritos to go. The staff had an attitude because there was a long line and they were busy and it was only 9 PM. The place doesn’t close until 11 PM so II’m sorry I don’t see why they were so frustrated but The worst thing about it they served me cold meat cold tortilla shells for my burritos and it was absolutely unacceptable. I try not to post negative post because I understand sometimes, but there was no greeting. No customer service no smiles no anything. It was like they were irritated because they were busy Very bad experience. I’m home now, Reheating my burrito in the oven. I should’ve just cooked something myself.
