Extra chicken you get only half a scoop and the chicken has all soft bone not removed . Whatever the new Red chimichurri is just oil. They need to put this picture on the menu so people won’t waste their $.

Yesterday was my first time trying Chipotle. The service and food were great. Five stars all the way.

Decent quality food, service & atmosphere but leaving poor review as website hours have been incorrect for almost a YEAR now fyi. Would think management would have the care to update the website hours on Google after so long so to not mislead customers hungry at night before making a drive. Will update review once hours on establishment’s Google page are corrected.

Went after 10pm but closes at 10PM not 11PM like website says on weeknights, ocassionally staff may shut / lock doors early before 10PM and may not serve customers near closing (10 or so minutes before).

Sometimes the food you get served is very little. Twice now the rice that I have been served was only half the size of the plate. Please start serving larger portions for what the price is worth!

I’ve been here many times and only had a couple understandable mistakes. I love how convenient this location is with the chipotle lane. The staff are pretty nice.

Google is wrong on the hours kinda, the inside closes at 10. But the drive through takeout orders run till about 11.

Why does it say you close at 11 but when I came at 10:02 you were closed??

Worst chipotle location. Always miss items

They SKIMPY ASF on the barbacoa ngl. Boy also got sour cream on the sides 😡. (I used to work at chipotle so ik how a PROPER bowl should look like!!!)

I usually enjoy coming here with my son, but I had a very disappointing experience on 6/20 around 10:50 AM. The server touched the trash can and then handled tortillas and equipment without changing her gloves. After I politely asked her to change gloves, she reused the same tortilla she had touched with dirty gloves. When I asked her to discard it, she did so but in an unpleasant manner. She then continued preparing the food without changing gloves again. This raises serious concerns about food safety and staff training.

Picks up Chipotle for lunch and the skimped on the portion size for the meat, we called to see if we can get a remake or at least a side portion of meat and the person on the phone said "I guess we can do a remake but you have to come in today or we will not remake it", horrible customer service skills, she did take out name down then hung up on us, my question to Chipotle staff is do you all get paid more for skimping on portion sizes? If not then why do it, it wasn’t even busy when I went in.
