The restaurant was filthy....so disappointing! I have never seen a Chipotle that is filthy dirty, no one was cleaning the dining room and there were plenty of people working there and plenty of time to do it. It just was not something they "did". Also totally out of guacamole and chips at 7:30.

There is a potential for cross-contamination of bacteria due to the cashiers handling food after using the register without washing their hands or changing their gloves. This is a violation of health and safety regulations and could pose a risk to the health of customers.

Totally disappointing. There are no veggies, no chips and the service has been outstandingly poor!! Not the same chipotle anymore, guess their revenue and stock value got to their heads!! Very sad to see this as once customer satisfaction is key to their business ethics but doesn’t seem like that anymore!!

This chipotle is nearby to my house so i usually keep ordering from here..But this is the third time rice was raw and not cooked properly.I dont know if they check the rice is cooked or not before serving.Will order from some other chipotle next time.No improvents?

First time visiting this location 7 pm in the evening. They were out of fajita veggies and guacamole - 2 staples of their food. And they are literally next door to an HEB. Will never go back to this location

We generally enjoy eating at this Chipotle, but this afternoon was our first in a while. We were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. The prep/serving line was a mess, food and spills all over. The drink area had a huge spill on the floor, ice scattered everywhere. The utensil area was a mess, broken forks, and knives, also scattered. Went to sit down to eat and couldn’t find a clean table. It was 4:30 in the afternoon, we were the only customers, there were 4 kids working, or on duty, but nobody taking care of all the mess. No adult was working or supervising, which was apparently needed. Probably won’t be back for a while, even though Chipotle is/was one of our favorites. Very disappointed!
