Some not all of the female employees always seem to have attitude and the hours of business are wrong.. have corporate or your organization update the hours. NOTE TO ALL: THEY CLOSE AT 9PM . 😒😒 glad i didn't uber the order.

I only got half of my order and if I hadn’t been starving and stopped to eat right after Id picked up my order at the window, I wouldn’t have noticed my food was missing until I’d gotten home 30 minutes away. I went back and they corrected their mistake but if I hadn’t stopped and drove all the way home, I would have not gone back for the rest of my food.

I was waiting least 10 minutes just to placed order not body I’ve say Hi or please wait nothing the place was 3 clients inside guess what the don’t have GD chicken. Rude and very poor costumer service.

I love Churches chicken. I used to eat this 2 times a week in my younger days. I still enjoy their chicken just not that often. Great taste and crispy. The okra is great. The potatoes also have good flavor.

Teenager workers, gotta train them better. A bunch just standing around looking at each other, don't know what to do. Didn't even have enough chicken to get me an 8 piece mix meal together. Told me it'll be 20 minutes to cook another batch, I can wait I said. Overall, poor service, not enough chicken cooked, seen allot of cars leaving drive thru, probably didn't want to wait 20 minutes.

7 pieces out of my 10 piece meal were undercooked. But the mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with the 3 fully cooked ones were good. 🥲

This location has a problem with hours of operation and I’m sure corporate has no idea that their franchise is being misreported in this manner! Management must operate in a substandard level at all times to allow such a thing! Do better!

This is the second time I came here and this young red/brown haired girl in the evening has such a horrible attitude. First time I let it slide second time will definitely write this review. Definitely needs to go back to school and learn how to count as well as learn vocabulary that doesn’t include cursing.

It's small so seating is limited. Loved the holiday ornament promotion.

Chicken was dried out and had been sitting for awhile. Had to go inside to get the chicken replaced.This is the Second time that the chicken has been dried out from sitting too long and the employees serve it through the drive through which I find Very Unprofessional by all means.
