Church's Texas Chicken

Really rude girl at the drive-thru window I’ve worked fast food before and no matter how understaffed or under pressure I was I was never rude with the customers, they also take forever to get the food out even it if it isn’t busy.

I am submitting a serious and formal complaint regarding an employee at your Church’s Texas Chicken location at 1500 S. A.W. Grimes Blvd, Round Rock, TX. The employee, whom I heard others refer to as “Asly,” displayed behavior that was completely unprofessional, aggressive, and unacceptable for a customer service position.

This employee yelled at me, treated me with hostility, and maintained a rude and disrespectful attitude throughout my visit. She was repeatedly using her personal cellphone instead of performing her job duties. Even more alarming, I personally witnessed her eating food with her bare hands from the same food that was later served to customers, which represents a serious violation of health and sanitation standards.

She acted as if she were in charge, giving orders to everyone, including the manager on duty, while she herself was not working. She initially informed me that I would need to wait 45 minutes for only 8 pieces of regular chicken because no chicken was cooked, and that the chicken coming out in 20 minutes had already been sold. I agreed politely and waited. After nearly one full hour, I asked about my order and explained that I needed to pick up my children and that the wait time was not what she had stated. Her response was that if I did not like it, she could refund my money, showing a complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability.

This type of behavior is hostile, unsanitary, and damaging to the reputation of your company. I am a frequent customer and have always had positive experiences at Church’s Chicken, especially with the manager known as TJ, who is respectful, professional, and exemplary. However, employing staff with this level of misconduct is unacceptable.

I strongly request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that appropriate disciplinary action be taken, as this employee should not be interacting with customers.

Been waiting for 20 minutes in the restaurant for my online order that was made 10 min before I arrived , im just watching customers come in for orders and I'm.just sitting here all silly. The whole idea is to scoop a bite up before heading home it's Friday and a long day of work not sit here like I have no other options,

They opened late and didn't have the lobby open. Only had the drive through open.

The ice and soda machine in the lobby was not working and the manager had to get me my soda no big deal but I like to look at my I've before anything goes into it. To check for mild and algae. Less than 24 hours later I had very bad food poisoning and it lasted 5 days. This place was the only thing out of my normal eating habit. Baby say 100% but I'm 99% sure it came from here
