I recently dined at Chuys and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While the food was decent, the service, particularly from our server, was incredibly disappointing and concerning.Upon receiving our drinks, we were shocked to find a fly floating in one of them. Naturally, we brought this to the attention of our server, expecting an apology or some form of acknowledgment. However, to our astonishment, the server showed zero regret or concern about the situation. Instead of addressing the issue with empathy and professionalism, the server seemed indifferent and almost nonchalant, as if it were normal to find a fly in a drink.This lack of regard for hygiene and customer satisfaction is unacceptable in any dining establishment. While we understand that accidents can happen, the attitude displayed by the server was completely inappropriate and concerning. It left us questioning the overall cleanliness and standards of the restaurant.Despite the decent quality of the food, the overall dining experience was marred by the inconsiderate behavior of the server. As a patron, I expect a certain level of professionalism and customer service, which unfortunately was sorely lacking in this instance.I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend Chuys to anyone.

The place had a nice environment and was rather picturesque. The food was good overall, but what I really liked and appreciated was the customer service. Our waitress was very attentive and nice, and although there were a few mistakes with my food order, the waitress was absolutely dedicated to making it right. Without even asking her, she contacted the kitchen manager. The kitchen manager came to our table and personally talked to me and told me he would make it right. He brought me a new plate of food, but just the way I wanted it. We loved their attentiveness and outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back.

Excellent hostess on duty this afternoon. My daughter travels with a guide dog and the hostess took the time to consider the room and noise level when offering us a seat. We appreciated the kind gesture and the food and waitstaff were also great!
