The food and staff have always been great except this go round. The desserts have been very very sweet, even their key lime squares and the main lunch items were not what I've had in the past. Too much salt and one meat item was a little dry.I will say they also need to work on their vegan options.I'm only posting this is because I really like this catering company/team and want to do better.

Trisha was a dream to work with! I am pretty sure that we had about 70 emails back and forth because I had a million questions for her, and even in the 70th email, she was so patient and kind with us. She was so responsive, professional, and personable! Trisha and her team truly showed us that they valued us and wanted to work as a team with us to make our wedding the best day ever! They were flexible throughout the entire process and so easy to work with. We got our food, linens, bartenders, and cake cutting services through them. The food was AMAZING! We had so many compliments on it. They day of team was so sweet, timely, professional, and hard working. The entire event ran so smoothly, and I am so thankful for all the hardwork Trisha and her team put into our wedding.

I can’t fully put into words how amazing the team at Cojo is!! They were there for me for every step of my wedding planning and even put together center pieces for me. The food was PHENOMENAL! Here are a few things I heard from guests “If it were not a wedding, I would have absolutely been going back for seconds” “Anytime I thought that something was running low on the buffet, there was someone carrying out a tray to replace it before I could finish that thought” Sarah and Trisha are hands down the best two people I could have asked for! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I only wish I didn’t live in Oklahoma so I could have you cater all my events!!! They were an event planner/ wedding planner as well that made everyone of my dreams including my husbands and my moms dream come true for us! We dreamed of a Expresso kiosk, margarita machines, expresso martinis, the most amazing queso and cilantro lime sauce for our fajitas and they made it all happen! They provided all the staff and bartenders that handled all the guest perfectly. They also did all our glassware, china and linens!! See photos for their setup and how perfect they styled our napkin / place set-up. They followed all CDC guidelines and had the appropriate shielding for all the food and most important it was HOT FOOD for all the guest! I would not say enough good things about this company. If you are thinking about them for your wedding or any other events BOOK THEM! We will forever be grateful to this staff.

We have been using CoJo Catering for a couple weeks and everyday is a delicious dish! Vegetarian options are always available too, and are SO tasty. The street tacos are my favorite!! Not only do I enjoy the food, but the dishes have inspired me to cook different things at home too. Today is enchiladas...so yum-o
