Honestly the staff was incredibly disappointing. I’m not sure if they were overwhelmed or undertrained, but there were 4 of them behind the counter and only one helping the customers. Then when the rest of the staff decided to jump in they were making orders wrong left and right. Interesting experience experience probs won’t come back :(

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Savannah! We came in wanting to order a large birthday cake for my son’s 8th birthday, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Savannah was patient, attentive, and truly cared about helping us create something special. She listened carefully to what we wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure every detail was perfect.
Her kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful task into a fun, exciting experience. Thanks to Savannah, we’re walking away not only with an amazing cake but also with the confidence that my son’s birthday will be extra memorable. She is a true gem and deserves all the appreciation!

Stopped by here and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they even gave me a compliment while helping me out, which made the visit feel really personal. Ice cream was delicious as always, but the service is what really stood out. Definitely coming back!
