So…we had food delivered and the store sent the wrong order and then blamed Grubhub. When I talked to the manager he brushed it off and hung up on me. It was their fault! Not to mention it was ice cold when they got here!
Great find to grab lunch!!
Madison S. was the BEST waitress!! She was polite, courteous, and able to answer questions. The food was amazing!! Will be back!
Try the Texas caviar and the Dr Pepper cake!!
We’re in Round Rock to watch the Volts play at Dell Diamond and needed a place to eat lunch. Omg! This place was amazing. Our table ordered a wide variety of food and all had rave reviews. The Dr Pepper cake is a must try. Ask to sit in Madison S’s section if she’s working. She was so friendly and on top of things. Will be back again!
Service started slow but got better (to be fair, it was mid-afternoon). The server was attentive and friendly. Food was really good.
The waitress was alone in our area, and she took forever to take our order, then when our order came she forgot my extra gravy, and one of the burgers came with the sauce that I told her we did not want. It was like she was over whelmed with taking everyone's orders. I gave her a $5.00 tip. I normally give 15.00 on a $75.00 dollar order. I'm sorry, but it was way to long. We got there at about 7:15pm, we ordered at about 7:40pm, because she was busy giving people their tickets. Then our order got there at 8;38pm. We finally left at 9:10pm. That was way too long for a meal. Just saying. I don't think I will be going back though, even if the food was good!
Good chicken fried steak and the baked sweet potato was delicious
Sit for 10 minutes nobody waited on me..
We were in town and staying at Kalahari Resort during spring break. On our way out of town we decided to have lunch at this restaurant. We've been to this chain before in other parts of Texas, but this was the BEST experience by far! The reason for that is because of the exceptional service from our waiter LeeLee. He was AMAZING, very attentive, service was fast, he chatted with us and engaged with our son. By far the best experience at a Cotton Patch restaurant. Restaurant was clean, food was good, and service was fantastic. You really can't find quality customer service anymore which is unfortunate, but if you eat here, definitely ask for LeeLee, he won't disappoint! Thanks for everything LeeLee, we appreciate the great service!
The food is good enough to try in person probably but DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY
I don't know what kind of management offers deals on delivery platforms and then just repeatedly messes up. Ordered chicken fried steak 3 times, not once did they I claude the gravy or my extra sides. What kind of idiot plates chicken fried steak and forgets the gravy Every. Time.

Love cottonpatch but today was not a favorite. I am glutenfree, got small salad and hamburger on it. Mostly inedible, burger very dry, i requested cheese on it, got none. Lettuce was wimpy. I have ordered before and was good. Also, i am the person that would always get dessert, no gluten free dessert. Please consider gf dessert. Banana pudding, gf graham crackers on side? There are lots of things. Thanks.

My order took forever to arrive. It was not what I ordered. I was told the right order was being prepared. I didn't want to wait another 30 minutes, so I declined and walked out without eating. My next opportunity to eat happened to be eight hours later.
The food they bought at first was cold and unattractive. Not appetizing at all. I didn't want to wait for more of the same. Disgusting. Will never eat there again.

When I attempted to use a cotton Patch Texas $25 gift card at the the Cotton Patch Texas restaurant in Round Rock, Texas, I was told that the gift card had a $0.00 balance on it. Since this was my first attempt to use the gift card, I was shocked and highly dismayed.
I was then assisted by the restaurant manager, Mr. Damion Newcomb, who confirmed that the Cotton Patch Texas gift card showed a value of $0.00. However, Mr. Newcomb said that he would accept the $25 gift card.
After I received my take-out order and attempted to pay for it, Mr. Newcomb told me that it was completely free of charge. I was both surprised and most grateful for Mr. Newcomb's very kind and generous actions. He made what started out to be a rather unpleasant and somewhat stressful situation into a most happy and satisfying resolution to Cotton Patch Texas gift card issue.
The the helpful, professional, and very generous manner in which Mr. Newcomb handled this situation is most appreciated. He is to be commended for his outstanding customer service and positive, "can do" attitude.
Parking: I used the parking lot, which was free.

The food was actually really good when it came out. I feel for the staff because they were bombarded with diners after church got out, they were severely understaffed. Churchgoers are also notorious for poor tipping and coming in large groups. I blame my negative experience today on mismanagement, corporations and God. The inside was pretty drab too.
