DELICIOUS and Fun Environment!
Love all the non dairy vegan options!!! Updated from previous review on 2026-01-23
Me and my grandson visited this fine establishment today .I saw the advertisement on Facebook and thought it be a great place for my science minded Grandson. It was a great experience to watch ice cream being made right in front of your eyes. My grandson was excited he gave that quick smile that he does to show his impress! It tasted amazing and the woman making it explained the process. She was very friendly and the overall store was very clean. We will be back
Creamistry in Round Rock is too good. Got the Cookie Monster ice cream and it was fire, super creamy, loaded with cookie chunks, and the chocolate drizzle made it even better.
Definitely coming back.
The ice cream is excellent. We had the mint shakes. The service is friendly. The time it takes leaves a lot to be desired. We didn’t eat our ice cream in store but we were there for an hour. They ignored in store and pushed it aside to handle door dash and other orders. We waited almost 20 minutes just to order and the store was empty. The other 46 minutes were waiting on our order. I feel like they need a better system.
Twenty-two dollars for two small scoops is ridiculous. I’ll just get 2 pounds for $6 at H-E-B when I’m craving ice cream
The ice cream was creamy and delicious. It was so much I never do this but I thought I need too
I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake, waited for a few minutes. It was wayyy too thick, it was like trying to sip ice cream.. and I could barely taste the vanilla, it just tastes like pure chocolate with no Oreos. The price was $11 for a small cup of thick undrinkable chocolate.
Excellent Show for the kids as the delicacies are being prepared...
Very good place for a treat. The Captains breakfast was 10/10 .

Upon entering the shop, I was greeted immediately. It's well-lit quaint interior. Their ice cream is so creamy and delicious, it's definitely a unique take on the iconic frozen treat. I ordered the Salted caramel crunch. It's delicious. The texture is smooth and unlike any ice cream I have had before. Nitrogen ice cream is awesome.
For that price I was expecting something else. My Nutella ice cream tasted like pure dairy milk. No hazelnut flavor or chocolate. Just straight milk. Nutella has a bold flavor, that’s why I’m super disappointed in this ice cream. Very cool option for kids and I’m pretty sure they would love the milky flavor. Not a good option for someone that loves a very good ice cream full of flavor. Service was very kindly and nice.
Great ice cream fun process to watch them make it.
This delicious overpriced ice cream suffers from the intellectual limits of its staff and ownership. I asked for chocolate and vanilla to be mixed together as a flavor. Though a chocolate or vanilla scoop could be made, they were incapable of making two scoops with one part chocolate and one part vanilla flavoring. I was told due to “allergies” mixing vanilla and chocolate together was not possible policy wise. Obviously all that is needed is 2 base scoops worth with one scoop worth of flavoring for each. Creamistry standa for Cream + Chemistry. To not be able to mix vanilla and chocolate is amusing and antithetical to their moniker. But creativity and imagination missing from the culture of the company’s ownership and staff doesn’t make them bad people, just simple. Their effort is top notch. I recommend trying it, with no expectations for imagination. Unless the get the grandkids involved. 😇
Very cool experience. Ice cream was amazing!
