After being rushed at the drive thru speaker with a rude attitude from the manager on the other end. We paid and immediately were asked to go park in the curbside. Then they came out repeated our order then gave us someone else’s order. When I went in they apologized and then immediately took the food i was given to me immediately to another customer. Then was told i was supposed to park in spot #2, yet at the window i was told spot #1. I had to wait inside for my order to be ready and I checked and it seemed to be good. Except neither of my burgers were made how they were ordered and they did not reflect the recipe. Very Disappointed with service as well as the way the manager was sitting down ordering around her workers with disrespect as I was waiting for my order. Especially for my Order when it was not busy at all at 12pm on a Sunday.

Twice last week we got orders with soggy buns. We specifically requested no onions and got onions. The one that I was most frustrated with was them asking me if a medium drink was OK with my meal. I thought it came with the meal and said yes. Only to find out my meal was upcharged.
The did give me a new order with no onions and the bun was fresh, not soggy. But I did not get a good feeling from the folks behind the counter. No one ever offered to refund the up charge. It made me feel like this was just how they do business. I think some extra training in customer service is warranted.

Went to the drive-through not busy at all and asked for a bacon-cheese hunger-buster, and they completely forgot to add the bacon… also only added one tomato slice( idk how many they are supposed to do but I had assumed it would be two slices). Window clerk was very nice

I went to eat at 11 am on Thursday, March 27. My food was delicious, good flavor, crispy freshness. Many congratulations to the cooks. My food was delicious and fast. I 100% recommend this restaurant.

While picking up an order for Uber Eats, there was a bit of an issue as the order I was there for was already picked up by another driver but was never confirmed nor did the customer receive their food. The manager was very professional smoothing everything out and the food was remade in a timely manner. While I was waiting, an employee named Kaleb made quite a positive impression on me! He asked me if I would like a free drink and was extremely accommodating, friendly, and just overall a vibrant and warm person. It was obvious to see he enjoyed his job and was an all around people person. We need more Kaleb’s in this world! Thank you for going above and beyond sir! You are a special young man 🙏

I stopped by this DQ location around 11:20 PM, well before their posted closing time of 12:00 AM, and they were already closed. No one came to the window, and the lights were off. It was disappointing because we made the stop expecting service. If the hours have changed, they should update them online.
The staff and manager are very friendly and the food is good.

I just bought a brownie Oreo cup-faction. When I got home, I found that it was much different from the last time. The ice cream I bought this time was very small. The cup in the photo was very empty. I spent almost 6 yuan and felt it was not worth it.
