As with most fast-food places, there's not a whole lot to say, as it's meant to be get in, get out. But this DQ has a lot of local and regional additions to it's menu (their tacos are amazing!) and every time I've gone everything has been extremely fresh. As in, I have to wait a while because it's still sizzling fresh. I love it!

I really like this location and their service, however their hours are not correct in Google Maps. I keep coming by when I'm working late, only to find they're not open when Google Maps says they are. Finally saw a sticker on the door with completely different hours for every single day, yet Google Maps says the hours were updated by the owner recently. Not sure what's up with that, but it's a little frustrating. I can't be alone, because GM shows me that they're "busier than usual." So others must also be showing up because the map says they're open. Since COVID, there aren't many late night options for late workers. And I don't live nearby either.

This Dairy Queen has been going down hill for a while now. Going here 3 years. Overtime the cook on the weekends made dry tasteless burgers so we only went mid week. Tonight (Tuesday) it was the the same dry tasteless thing. I actually feel nauseous. Waste of money. WON'T BE BACK. Disgusting.

My mother and I took our two very large dogs through the drive-thru. At the last minute I asked for a pup cup and they obliged with no problem. The fries were hot and perfectly salted and the help was

I was taking my son to get ice cream (evening of 1/18/24) and had a few extras that would be joining and couldn’t come home without bringing additional. I let the cashier know my circumstance asked if she could change my already made M&M blizzard. Without hesitation and with a smile on her face she got it done. It may not seem like much, but it’s the little things in life that mean the most. Too often in life we get annoyed with others, but this young lady proved that there’s more good in the world than bad. We all have these moments in life and it’s the facial expressions we don’t consider that tell the true story of our feelings. Even if she was annoyed (I would have been), I never had a clue. That’s a good heart and we’ll make it a point to return to this one even though it’s not the closest DQ to us. Thank you again for helping me save a headache.

Best DQ Ive been in yet! The whole staff greeted me the moment I walked in... Yes kitchen staff too! That was pretty impressive i thought.I love the tacos from DQ!I didn't know DQ had chicken an and dumplings! It was recommended by Savannah. I wasn't sure at first...i was there for TACOS! lol but i gave in and thought ok why not??Omg! The chicken and dumplings were on point! Had me feeling all warm and toasty!Thank you Savannah for the recommendation! Thank you entire staff for really putting a smile on my face. Now if you will excuse me...i must tend to my tacos.
Of course I love Mayfield DQ! It's the best place on earth! I absolutely love working here! I mean what's not to love!! I get to make ice cream all day...handing someone their blizzard upside down and watching their face light up with joy and excitement is the best part of my day. Also idk why google asks me to review my own work every day!!!
