First off I’m only critiquing because I feel this place has potential. It’s in a great location and was it seems like was the owner seemed very knowledgeable about what he was serving. The first time I went it was very friendly service. I got a matcha. However, it tasted mostly like milk, not enough matcha. The oat milk they used however was very creamy and maybe thats why!The second time I went the cold brew I ordered tasted like iced coffee. It was very diluted. Maybe they don’t brew it long enough, or it is just brewed coffee suck in the refrigerator.I’m just a little disappointed both times I got something there the flavor of what I ordered was mid. Matcha didn’t taste like match and the cold brew didn’t taste like cold brew.:(This place is right by my gym and on my way to work everyday. I just wish it was a little better.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Pastries served dead cool in a winter day, and was dry and didn't taste fresh. I asked the same rude server, if she could warm the pastry and she told me she couldn't and slamed the window in my face.

Poor customer service. Girl taking our order seemed annoyed that we had questions. We got the protein in our smoothies and they were difficult to drink because it felt like we were inhaling saw dust.
Great smoothies and iced coffee. Atmosphere is drive through but it is organized and fast.

Round Rock is so LUCKY to have such a creative and consistently delicious local coffee joint! Not only are all the drinks excellent, (espresso, brewed black coffee, etc) but I go so often that I usually always score free kiddie samples if they have leftover smoothies. Plus, they offer a punch card, which I love, because they recognize loyalty. Go soon! Hot and iced coffees, tea & snowcone drinks are super cheap for July. Skip the other place and go to Dazzle.Kid-friendliness: Lots of non-coffee menu options available.

10:30 am there was one person in front of me in the drive-thru line of what I was hoping would be an alternative/competitor of Starbucks. But it was taking so long for that one order, I parked and went to the walk-up window. I placed my simple order (a small latte with an extra shot) and waited several minutes while new drive-thrus and walk-ups got their orders. The helpful friendly worker apologized and said the barista used the wrong milk. What? I didn't ask for anything special! It wasn't busy and I counted 5 people working and I still waited a very long time! When I finally got my coffee it tasted very bland so I put some sugar in, but then couldn't fit the cover back on so I couldn't drive away. I drove back to the drive-thru window, asked them for another shot (because it tasted like nothing) and a new cover. The 1st nice worker said they'd make me a new cup but I insisted they just add a shot because I couldn't wait any longer! (I had already waited well over 10 minutes!). Driving to the other window another very nice worker apologized and told me they had a new barista that they failed to watch/help. True and okay, I guess I can accept that but only if the latte was good. It wasn't! My coffee latte tasted like dishwater! I was hoping it would be good, but it was horrible. Never again Razzle Dazzle Me Not. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the staff was very nice.
