I’ve been going to this Domino’s for the past 2 years-ish. The only time my pizza didn’t come out right was a couple months ago but other than that it was great!!!!! I love coming here and seeing Ricardo there when I pick up my order!!!

Perfect pizza EVERY TIME. This Domino's is the only one that properly does "Extra Robust Tomato Sauce" the way I love. I've ordered from all the nearby Domino's and they suck doing the extra sauce properly. In the end, I order all the time and I continue to do so. NEVER change.

Every time I have ordered from this store I've had a problem. I received my order today and the pizza is inedible, it tastes awful. Additionally, they did not initially deliver it. I checked the address I used for delivery and it had my apartment number in it, and they claimed they didnt have it and that's why they were unable to comple the delivery. The person on the phone I spoke to seemed nice but I'm not ordering from this store anymore.

So apparently when you order Domino's Pizza in Round Rock on Gattis School Rd, the order is taken from a call center in the Phillipines and then placed with their store locator system .....The extent of the greed that corporations have gone is utterly mind boggling......Watch..... There will be 10 people standing around doing nothing in the store when I get there..... But they Can't answer the phone to take the order......SMFH! ?

We went to pick up our order. In the app appeared that it was ready but we asked and they said it wasn’t that we had to wait 5 minutes more. We waited patiently and then we asked again and they said they had a lot of orders that we had to wait 15 minutes more. We waited, but it was going to be an hour since we ordered. So we asked a last time and they realized that the order was already packed and ready, so we received it and all the employees started laughing and nobody apologized. My mother-in-law told them thank you and have a great night and one of the employees answered her in a very rude way I am going to have a wonderful night crazy!!! Disgusting employees and service!! So rude everything!! Btw: it was no manager or any supervision. We are not going back never again!!
