Ordered pizza through app, never got delivered, called store multiple times, asked if I was still gonna be charged even though it had been 45 mins , kept telling me driver was on the way. John the manager is terrible, and the employees as well, not sure what their names were, had to go get the pizza myself, John stated that he was already in the neighborhood, but got back to the store before I arrived, pizza was cold and they still charged me the delivery fee. First time I’ve had so much trouble getting just 1 pizza and a coke delivered to my apartment, my pregnant wife thanks you very much for her pizza being cold

Worst dominos/pizza delivery experience over and over. Food taking over an hour when we're down the street. Rude delivery drivers. Missing sauce, sides or ENTIRE pizzas. When you call you'll be on hold for at least 10 minutes. Lost my trust that I'll recieve the service I pay for.

Mistakes are human, forgivable like the pizza flour swept from the counter to the floor. But this—this was a message, from Domino's to us. "Take what you get. Accept it. Give us money. Move on."
We ordered nine pizzas. We got four. Not five, not eight. Four. A clean and deliberate cut, not only at our wallets but at our very sanity.
You know, at first we thought maybe it was just a bored teenager forgetting half the order. But then, Kevin saw the pattern. Pizza Hut. Father (papa) John. They all do it. One slice here, a forgotten side there. Small losses, easy to ignore.
We see through the game Dominos. We won't be like the rest, nodding along like NPCs pretending it doesn't matter. So keep our five pizzas, Dominos. We can play the game too.

Ordered pizza. Estimated 15-25 minutes. Took over an hour. Went to the store to check. They had lost the order which is why is was never made. They seemed noncommittal on if they were going to make it. Eventually got a pizza but not much of a guarantee.

Pizza was delivered in a potato manner. I have not problem with ordering with them, but my pizza was all on itself in half the box
By far the worst location. If they're not late with your cold pizza, they'll screw up the order, and forget the sauce. If you're lucky (you probably will be), they'll do all three. It happens every. single. time.
