Terrible, I used the tracker and when I picked it up the pizza was cold and looked old. This store is the worst I had been. It seems that there's no pride on what they do. Nobody was able to greet me when they saw me standing at the register. Very unprofessional and unpleasant atmosphere. For that reason nobody buy from this place. Absolutely never again.

I order delivery from this location all the time and they do a great job. Very fast delivery. The drive thru pickup window is very convenient as well.

One of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve ever had.

Even after I specifically asked for extra mushrooms the first time, they made a mistake and didn’t add any at all. When they remade the order, they only added a tiny amount of mushrooms instead of the extra portion I requested.

I have no idea who the manager of this store is, but the service and food quality were absolutely terrible.

I received my order on **19 FEB 2025 at 10:20 PM**.

I’m repeating this because it was genuinely the **worst service and food** I’ve ever experienced from Domino’s.

Even after mentioning extra mushrooms first time they did a mistake without adding any mushrooms and later they remade the order where they added just very little amount of mushrooms instead of extra.

I dont know who the heck is the manager of this store

It is not at all hygienic that the young man who prepares the pizza dough is using his cell phone and kneading at the same time without cleaning his hands.

You'll get a positive review when I'm not expected to pay 20% gratuity on carry-out orders to receive points.

EDIT: Giving me a one-time coupon doesn't do anything when your disgusting business practice is still demanding tips for carry-out orders. Pay your employees a living wage and stop hitting customers with a hidden 20% fee. And next time you leave an email to contact you back at, maybe leave an active one?

I ordered here a few weeks ago and they got my order wrong, they usually put garlic seasoning even if you choose not to have that option, the teen in the back got annoyed when I looked at the pizza with a blank stare. He sighed and went, "ugh, what's wrong with the pizza?" The adults thankfully helped me out and gave me a pizza for next time since I was in a hurry. I'll just always be a little annoyed by the attitude that the young man gave when I hadn't even said a word. Please teach your younger employees, particularly the young men, to be more attentive to order instructions and more courteous to customers.

I love this place so much. I am never disappointed with the food. It's always warm and delicious 😋 the customer service is always amazing!

I guess I should have read the reviews ,it's was late near closing time , I live 20 mins away, by the time I drove back it would have been closed ,because I want a refund ,This is unacceptable! Never again , I have the receipt to.

The staff are great and this review isnt about them. Domino's has fallen more and more. The 8.99 delivery coupon is gone, the marinara is gone, and they still pay people horribly and charge us a fortune. Domino's used to be cheap and good now it's expensive and mid. They need to do better or watch their profits trickle more and more...

Since living in round rock I’ve been ordering from this location and I if I’m being honest I wasn’t the biggest domino’s fan but….. this location has completely changed my perception of domino’s PERIOD!!!! The pizza has just the right bite as in the crisp to cheesy ratio it’s always fresh and hot and every delivery driver that I’ve had has been polite and punctual. Absolutely a 20 out of 10
