We were at the restaurant for New Year’s and it was $100 a plate and we are a family of six. My husband got an acrylic nail in his food And it ruined our whole entire meal/experience. The wait staff were great and gave us Complementary champagne and they did offer to remake my husband’s plate, but we were no longer in the mood after seeing that. It took a long time for the food to come out in the first place.. We tried talking to the manager in charge that night, but there was a language barrier. We went to the front desk at Kalahari and they told us the main manager of the establishment Would it be in touch but we have not heard from her I’ve called multiple times and left voicemails and it’s been silent.. truly, just save yourself your money and dine elsewhere. It was overpriced and unfortunately not worth it. There was supposed to be live music, but I guess we went between sets and they were tuning their instruments the whole time we were there It just was a horrible experience all around. Not worth what they charge. I feel like our experience would Have been easily resolved if the manager held up their end to give us a call.

Our bartender Gabby was absolutely fabulous tonight! Attentive, quick, and friendly, thank you for your awesome hospitality and top notch 5 star service! Drinks were delicious and exactly how I take them!

My wife and I came for our 25th wedding anniversary. My wife likes to sit at the bar and our bartender Gabby was absolutely amazing. She made our whole evening and we will be back just to see her. The food was great too but Gabby was the best part of our experience. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was nice. Music was nice. Food was excellent. Service was superb. We would recommend Double Cut for special occasions.

The food and service were amazing from the host seating us to our server ensuring we had what we wanted.

Ailin was great, she was attent, very polite, really professional, gave us good service, helped us with good advice on the menu, she introduced herself and even we talked a little bit about where we come from.

Chris, our server, was amazing. Very attentive to our table. Courteous and professional. Filet was exceptional, ribeye was great too. Brussels were a bit overcooked, but still enjoyed them. Restaurant manager checked on us to let us know our dessert was delayed. Presentation on all items was superb. Will be back!

Server was horrible. She forgot to order our appetizer, got sides for the meals wrong, didn't fill up waters, got the steaks cooked wrong. Food wasn't worth it, for the price. Nor was the service. Don't mistake this for an actual steakhouse. It's Applebee's with high prices.

I ordered the 14oz New York strip steak at Med temp with Brussels sprouts and sautéed mushrooms. The steak may have been slightly undercooked at Med Rare but not so much that I couldn’t enjoy it, it was delicious. Sautéed mushrooms were perfect and the Brussel sprouts were more leafy than whole but both portions were plenty. Over all I enjoyed my dinner.

Great experience. The food was amazing and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I'm a bit fan of garlic so I really enjoyed the mash potatoes and garlic bread.

We chose Double Cut Steak House to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which happens to be New Year's Eve. The service, from the hostess to our waiter, was excellent! Our waiter was very attentive, and the New Year's Eve special (steak and lobster) was phenomenal! In addition to the great service and meal, they had a live duo playing, which made the ambiance special. I highly recommend the Double Cut especially if you're celebrating an anniversary, birthday or any other special day!

Had a great New Years Eve dinner at Double Cut. Food was great as well as the service. We enjoyed it!
