I've been having a rough week lately and Javon made my day or even week whether he knew it or not. It was as if he saw beyond just another customer. A small but grand gesture of kindness. What a kind and sweet young man.

I’m from New England and love dunks. Honestly very dissatisfied with the service here. There’s one or two very sweet workers, but other days I’ll have the most rude and unhelpful person ever. Today they got my order wrong and I kindly asked for them to just add what they forgot. I didn’t even ask for a remake! The manager Jessie or something had the audacity to tell me no and lie about it being made right even though the sticker said the wrong order. I said okay and left. Guess what? It was wrong and I could very obviously taste it. I get the same order every time. It was just beyond distasteful to see such miserable people in customer service. My wife went In to get the coffee fixed and told me these two other ladies were kind and helpful. (Love you guys for that!) Not that manager with the nasty ahh attitude. Anyways will be going back and hope I have one of the nice cashiers instead!!!

BUGS! I thought I'd stop off and get some donut holes. You know there's a problem when the first thing you walk in the door and they have no menu price for an item but their glass displays is filled with the item. I asked the girl what the pricing was for the donut holes and she said $0.40 each. Nothing as far as how much a box of them was just simply $0.40 each. I haven't bought donut holes from dunkin' donuts in a long time but I can't believe you're going to walk in the door and they're just going to simply tell you $0.40 each with no information on box pricing. No package deal no x amount for $10 just $0.40 each and still no sign - just the lazy cashier that doesn't want to be bothered from checking her phone repeatedly saying 40 cents. The icing on the cake, when I looked in the display case at the donut holes, there WERE BUGS crawling on them! I used to love Dunkin' Donuts! It was my favorite donut shop going all the way back to the early '80s. But, I think I'm done with Dunkin! Geezus 🤦🏻

staff was very nice & efficient fast service visiting my brother in georgetown, TX went to round rock cause that's the only coffee I drink was a pleasure

I was very impressed with the staff! I hadn’t been here in a min and wanted the best flavor fall drink, but I’m preggo so i needed to be careful on sizing and such(for caffeine). The girl was not only helpful in her recommendation but she knocked it out of the park! I love my coffee! ❤️

I went by Dunkin today around 3, and the my order came out fast, the front order taker ( Rachel I think her name was) was so sweet and we had a great conversation and enjoyed my drink! Everytime I come and that girl is working the front my order is always right :)

Staff is wonderful but one lady. I will assume she is the manager. She never speaks and always has an attitude when I order. She will greet customers before and when I walk to the counter she has a very rude and nasty attitude.

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts they don’t get your order right when you call them, They don’t wanna help you they put you on hold never returned to the phone call and sit there laughing in the background absolutely worst Dunkin’ Donuts and your order $30 daily and they Can’t even get the order right or can’t even make it right. The new manager said he just took over the store was supposed to call me back was gonna fix the issue and never did just left for the day! Don’t waste your time or your money on this place

The guy working the drive through window was rude! He has no problem cussing at customers and as we drove away he began to mock us. He didn’t offer a receipt either. Never EVER coming here again! I’d like to add that he was irritated with “how slow” it took to hand him the card.

I picked up breakfast and the drive through and the customer service was great. The cashier that took my order was very friendly. The food was good.
