I placed an order for a dozen donuts, croissants, and coffee, but my dozen donuts didn’t arrive. It’s really bad that they don’t verify the delivery with DoorDash.

Incredibly awful experience. I used to come here all the time, and everyone was competent and polite.

Incredibly rude girl behind the counter blared music like it was a nightclub and talked on her phone the entire time I was there. Barely responded to me when I ordered and didn’t even tell me when my order was ready. Just dropped it on the counter for me to figure out for myself.

I was the only customer, but it took her forever to make my drink because she was too busy on the phone.

She messed it up and it was undrinkable. Again, because she wouldn’t get off the phone. When I brought it back in, she tried to claim I just didn’t know what espresso was supposed to taste like.

She did give me a refund when I asked, but was incredibly condescending up until this point

I absolutely will never go to this location again.

Got there at 6:50 the lobby was closed , sign says 7:00. Workers inside said use drive through, how do I check out what dougnuts they have?

Just placed an order for chocolate donuts with 1 jelly filled, and we got ALL powdered donuts! We don't like those! Tried calling multiple times and no answer! Not going to order from them again when we didn't get a single donut that we paid for!

Ordered the shaken expresso drink which was just milk and brown sugar no espresso whatsoever. Then ordered the stuffed bagel minis. They were still frozen in the middle. When we told the staff they said it’s normal because cream cheese doesn't melt. They were frozen… as in still solid ice. Even the hash browns tasted freezer burned. Such a waste of money.

Been a long time since I had some Dunkin. Was a great experience. Staff was friendly. Love the coffee love the donuts ❤️ & love the atmosphere

We went late; around 6pm and the selection was slim. There were only two people working and it was obvious that one was very annoyed with the other. Not my best Dunkin' experience.

Never fresh and always give you the wrong flavor donuts when you order online. I ordered chocolate glazed and got chocolate frosted so many times it’s like the employees don’t know what the donuts are named?!!!

Feels like the breakfast bagels are getting worse and worse . Had a plain bagel toasted and with cream cheese... It was hard as a rock. Not sure how a toasted bagel can be that hard to chew.

Great manager. I watched him rush across the restaurant to shake the hand of an old Vietnam vet. So impressed with his genuine gratitude. He has really turned this place around from bad to good. It takes time, but he’s getting it there. I know it’s a process getting people trained or changed, but he can’t live there every waking hour. Just want to say thanks for all your hard work. Keep it up!
