Dutch Bros Coffee

I moved from SC to TX a little under 2 years ago and after my first experience here, I had to keep coming back. Without a doubt, Shannon and Ashley are the biggest reasons I still come back.
The entire crew that works at this location deserves so much recognition and respect for the service they provide. It’s a bonus that they make damn good drinks too

Shannon is the very best. She is informative, kind, and super easy to talk to. It’s our first visit, we didn’t expect the level of service she gave. Shannon, you really didn’t have to, but thank you for coming outside to help with our order in the Texas summer heat. We appreciate you!

I eork from home and I go to this location a few times a week and they are awesome!!! They always get my order correct and do it with a smile. The staff is great and the male barista with light hair and very blue eyes is a kind soul that just gives me good vibes. I am so happy I dont have to go to that “other” place.

Ms SHANNON did that thang girl. She is just a shining light and a wonderful presence even while standing outside, taking orders in the HEAT, over 90 degrees and she was just fantastic!!! I will come back to this location just to be in the presence of other women who support women and have positive attitudes and awesome drinks! Her makeup was also immaculate which is super impressive considering how freaking hot it was outside. 10/10, give her a raise, make her a manager. I don’t know her personally but man would I be happy if I had an issue and she was the one to handle it. Her and the girl at the window were wonderful. 10/10 never had a bad experience from here. Yall just stole me from starbucks.

Best coffee in town

Dutch Bros is a drive-thru coffee place. This is my go-to when in Austin. (I am from Michigan, and Bigby is what i only do when home.) You don't go there for food, nor do you go there for the atmosphere. You go for coffee. I like their coffee. My weakness is an iced mocha, extra shot, VERY light ice, no whip.
In addition to having great coffee, my interactions with staff have been outstanding. I don't say that lightly. Courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not often found.

LOVEEEE this location!!! my drink is perfect and chance helped me out today and was sooo amazing!!! i usually go to another location but the staff of this one will keep me coming back here!!

Shoutout to Shannon!!!! Who I believe is acutely the Assistant Manager!! I’ve been coming to this location for a while (off 79) and always see her going hard! Always smiling and always cool to talk to. Keep doin’ you, Shannon!!!! I appreciate you!!

I go to DutchBros almost every morning but not every time am I greeted by a super friendly cheerful brorista. I visited my local dutchbros this morning where I was cheerfully greeted by JJ and Shannon. Not only Did they create a great atmosphere for the business, They made me one of the best iced coffees I had ever received from Dutchbros. Way to go to these ladies for making my day as perfect as this iced golden eagle! 10000 stars to JJ and Shannon

A 2 star only because of how busy this location is. The staff is amazing, but management needs to have two drive thru windows to make this more efficient for the employees and customers.

The line is backed up on to LA fitness and the employees are obviously overwhelmed.

Ashley and her crew has been so so good to me. I come there every single day before work and get a large carmelizer blended. Fantastic job ladies. Very approachable and very friendly. I accidentally dropped my drink and she replaced it for free. I love driving up and seeing their smiling faces. Excellent customer service.
