Noa and Isabel are the ultimate dynamic duo!!! Not only to they remember my name every visit they also remember my dogs names which means the world to me🔥🔥🔥. They are warm and welcoming every visit and when I’m not sure what I want they always come through with an awesome suggestion. I have been to other Dutchbros locations, but none of them compare to the location on E Palm Valley in Round Rock Texas.

Shout out to the girls working at dutch bros. They are all friendly, funny, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the coffee industry. Special shout out to Shannon with her amazing customer service. Everyone deserves a raise.

Never been to a Dutch Bros and had rude people take my order until now. I was going unknowing that they took their fall drinks down which had been my go to for the past few times I’ve been. So I’m in the drive thru looking at the menu on my phone and the lady comes to greet me I say hi Goodmorning but she doesn’t hear me and when she doesn’t hear me speak back to her she catches and attitude immediately. Repeating herself 3 times “what can I get for you” as if I’m deaf. I respond and say “one second please I’m trying to look at the menu.” She rolls her eyes and says okay and walks away takes the peoples order behind me and comes back and takes the order. I pull up to the window and instead of the normal friendly Dutch bros workers there’s an attitude. My order was put in wrong and when she reads it to me I ask her to repeat it and of course she rolls her eyes and practically yells it out at me. Safe to say the coffee was good but I’ll just go to summer moon or Starbucks to get my mornings started.

Consistently screws up mobile orders and forgets add-ons. Last few orders have all had problems, so don’t order for more than yourself if you want your money’s worth.

I was having a really rough morning, but I needed a pick-me-up coffee, so I stopped by Dutch Bros. When I pulled up, the young lady who greeted me said, “You are so beautiful.” I immediately burst into tears. She gently asked if I was okay, and I told her I was just having a tough day. After taking a moment to gather myself, I gave her my order. She then told me my drink was on the house — which, of course, made me cry even more (lol).

When I pulled up to the window, another young lady greeted me with the warmest smile. She noticed my tears and asked if I was alright, then handed me my drink and said, “I hope your day gets better — I’ll be praying for you.”

As I drove away, wiping away tears, I looked down at my cup and saw the words “We Love You” written on it. 🥹

I didn’t get their names, but to those two amazing ladies — thank you, thank you, thank you! You truly turned my day around and reminded me that kindness still exists. Dutch Bros, your team went above and beyond, and you’ve earned a forever customer. 💙☕
