I go to DutchBros almost every morning but not every time am I greeted by a super friendly cheerful brorista. I visited my local dutchbros this morning where I was cheerfully greeted by JJ and Shannon. Not only Did they create a great atmosphere for the business, They made me one of the best iced coffees I had ever received from Dutchbros. Way to go to these ladies for making my day as perfect as this iced golden eagle! 10000 stars to JJ and Shannon

A 2 star only because of how busy this location is. The staff is amazing, but management needs to have two drive thru windows to make this more efficient for the employees and customers.

The line is backed up on to LA fitness and the employees are obviously overwhelmed.

Ashley and her crew has been so so good to me. I come there every single day before work and get a large carmelizer blended. Fantastic job ladies. Very approachable and very friendly. I accidentally dropped my drink and she replaced it for free. I love driving up and seeing their smiling faces. Excellent customer service.

Went here for the first time today. I’ve never been to a Dutch Bros, and it was great. Super friendly and helpful as I wasn’t sure what to order. Settled on the blended kicker with soft top. Got a medium it was just shy of $7 but a good size, will definitely be going back! It’s soo good!!

Katherine (Catherine?) at the drive thru window was so freaking sweet. She definitely went above and beyond to help me out during a rough time in my life. She really reminded me that there’s still genuinely good people out there that care about others. She was such a gem!!! Oh! And the drinks were made wonderfully as well :)

I don’t care if this makes me sound like a Karen.
I went here a while back around 2pm for a quick coffee.. tell me why, when it’s not even a rush hour and there weren’t a lot of customers, it took 40 minutes?? I’m not exaggerating. 40 minutes. Absurd.
I called their corporate number to let them know they weren’t doing well at this location, and they asked for my email to send me a drink voucher. Okay, good on them to compensate for my poor experience.. only it never came, even when I triple confirmed my email with them 😒
Just don’t go here.
