The people here were super friendly. While they were making my sandwich I realized I forgot to ask for no onion and they were really nice about it and removed the onion. The lady who made my drink was super friendly and made me laugh. Would recommend.

This location is my favorite way to get the day off to a good start.
Cheyenne always makes sure my bagel is double-toasted just like I like it. The crew as a whole, is super friendly even when they are in the weeds. Sometimes, I drive back over for a second cup of coffee because it is so good.

If you want fresh bagels, don't go to the Round Rock location. Seems like the bagels are shipped here. I typically do business with the Cedar Park location. I've noticed the crew baking the bagels fresh here. Very disappointing at RR location especially after purchasing 1/2 dozen. Stale bagels ended up in my trash can...

This morning I went to Louis henna blvd Einstein brows bagels I got worst experience, with in 2 weeks this was my 4th visit today staff was very worst very very worst , I order bagels with toast but they did not do after reached home and checked so agin drove back to to restaurant and asked they said like ok will give other ones I gave previous order bagels they did trash I got new ones but they asked double toast I said yes , they give my order again is more burnt , I felt like restaurant today working lady and gentle men both are bad bad team , 2 December 2025 morning 10 am so in my life this was very worst experience this the first time I got this experience worst worst ,,, by the way my order is 1 chille bagel , I got my rewards so I got 2 free bagels i showed barcode , thats why they did rewards bagels order so that’s why they behaved like roude order , and teams members in front of me they spoke like this is free order that’s why I saw my eyes whole senario pleas mangers consider my review

Not like how how I remember them on Palmer in Austin when they used to make caramel macchiato with extra caramel sauce and toast your bagel now they just have simple coffee simple syrup and you have to make it yourself and they have the nerve to have a tip jar up there.
