The treatment of the cashier was unpleasant, the potato was cold and they still stole 13 dll of change from me, please check your staff carefully! I have been coming here for years for a person without professional ethics to do this!

Not only was the food but the customer service was top-notch, Torrie was the servicer who greeted us and from the moment you walk in the door until you leave, this place treats you like gold! Torrie was absolutely fantastic this was my first time there but it will not be my last
The women that work there always look so miserable. My friend and I went during our lunch break so we had only a limited time and there was one worker that was going in and out the kitchen just looking at us waiting to be attended ( he wasn't doing anything just walking around ). Staff all around is horrible which is a shame because I love the food but because of the staff I wouldn't go back.

I live right by this location, I have been going here on and off for many years. Normally my food is either undercooked or I always find hairs in my food. I have given them multiple chances but I definitely suggest driving a little further to another Pollo Rico because it’s definitely worth it.
The smokiness and the flavor of the chicken is delicious!!!!
