Food tasted old and unpleasant. My husband and I paid over $30 for 2 plates of food that were intolerable. Yuk Yuk. Never again.

This employee who never wanted to give me her name because of the poor service she gave me, comes back to her because and I told her if she could please change the orange chicken, because it had a bad taste, it was too tough, and her response was very rude, she told me that I was an annoying person, and she gave me vegetables, I told her to sell them to me and she didn't want to either, how can they have people like her working like that eating in the food line, she doesn't wash her hands and is also despotic, I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he wasn't there, this type of situation is intolerant when you spend 50 dollars on 3 plates of disgustingly poorly made food.
Food lacked flavor, but the price was fair. Bbq chicken was dry and orange chicken had too much batter not enough meat.Staff was good. Atmosphere was dead, not like the old times when it was fast paced and packed.
Food was so bad. No flavor, everything tasted stale… even the soda. -100/10 DO NOT recommend

Was refused a free cup of water when first buying food. When I started eating I got a piece of chicken stuck in my throat and I desperately needed something to drink. My fiance tried frantically asking them for a cup for water again and they still refused. Cashier then said something to customers in line and started laughing and can really only assume they were talking about my fiance “cutting” in line even though the customers were still ordering food and not even to registers yet. We usually eat here when we go to the mall but will no longer be eating here after this experience.

Waste of money at this place. Only buy if you’re starving and nothing to eat around. I have to throw the food into bin as it’s taste less and over priced. Chicken tasted like 2 days kept .. not fresh at all . I love Chinese food but this is first time I have to throw the food into a bin.

Food is terrible. The server is a nice person, but the person that appears to be the manager/owner is very rude. I don’t recommend eating here at all.

Located inside the Round Rock Premium Outlets food court, Austin, surprised by the flavor of the orange chicken. The fresh vegetables and rice were very good.
A hint of asian food!
Food quality:
Food is prepared before hand and left on counter, but they’re still served nice and warm.
+ Barbecue chicken is like Chinese char siew style chicken, has some flavour. Personal preference is the bbq chicken to orange chicken.
+- Orange chicken is fried chicken with tinge of orange, however it tastes rather diluted.
+- Fried rice is fried with soya sauce Japanese style.
- Noodles a little soggy and below-average.
- Vegetables are rather plain but edible.
Food portion / Price:
Portions are filling for a meal thou not huge American sized.
Base is rice or noodle or half-half and add $1 for any additional item.
Service:
N/A order, pay and collect at counter.
Crowd:
Not much on weekday at premium outlet.
Payment:
Cash or card accepted.

Was here today and I asked if they could make some fresh food. The food that they had out looked like it was cooked 3 hours ago. What they should to doing the week days cook to order. The lady had a very stinky attitude.
One of the worst food I ever tasted. Stale Fried rice and worst kung pao chicken. It’s expensive than panda. Stay away
