I tried to order online, which I've done MANY times, and now you ar required to create an account. You cannot order without making an account. Then when you do try to make an account, you never get the verification email. So I just ordered from another local chain that made it easy. So disappointing!

Not as good as it used to be. Very messy work station, the employees looked like they had no clue what was going on and a few of them looked bored out of their minds. I don’t eat out often, but my stomach did not agree with that sandwich. The Cajun chicken did taste good, but it seems like y’all have an issue with training and management at this location. Perhaps another briefing on food safety and customer service?

I come here often enough that they know my order pretty much my memory now. It's amazing how nice and careful they are with each order of mine. Great food, great service, and a great rewards program on the app!

Food here is always good. First time having a salad. The Italian one with grilled chicken is delicious. Everything tastes fresh. I used to eat at Firehouse at least once a week years ago. They have the best hot sandwiches! They were one of the first restaurants to have the Freestyle soda machine where you choose a myriad of flavors. Workers here are pleasant. Love it!
