Definitely expect a wait, but if you go around 10 AM, there are lots of shops nearby you can walk around at until they text you that they're ready. It's usually busy so if that's not your scene it's not for you. The place is well designed so even though it's busy it's not too crazy loud, compared to some places, so that's nice! I love early mornings at First Watch-Round Rock. Plenty of people inside, but quiet. Staff was welcoming, and my server Cameron was a nice young man. Food was fresh, and prepared as I asked.
