Five Guys

Great burger & fries. A little pricey but worth it. It was enough to feed 2 people. Definitely would recommend this food to friends and family.

Visiting to Five Guys I always know they will deliver exactly to my expectations no matter which location it is. Good hamburger with plenty of options and free add-ons as well as pretty good, if a little great fries. And the welcome peanuts, of course. They do one thing and they do it right - every single time!

Cajun seasoning was great

The lady at the counter was very helpful and nice. I've never had 5 guys before, so I had a couple of questions. The burger and fries were delicious and big portion! The food also came out pretty quick.

I had a bacon burger small fries w/Cajun seasoning and a strawberry shake. It was about $20 which seems about right for dining out and for what I ordered.

The shake didn't seem homemade, so not my favorite as it wasnt very thick. And the lettuce was a little wilted, but neither will keep me from going back.

I finally went for the first time, and it was overall good despite what im about to say. The music was too loud and i couldnt hear them speak even while ordering. The fries were wayyyy too salty i recommend asking for no or light salt when asked. Also they didnt grill the inions long enough but i sill enjoyed the food and would come again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location.

Firstly, the host/cashier who took my order had a bad attitude, offered little to no help when I asked questions about the menu, and ended up overcharging me.

Secondly, I watched an employee drop my fries on the floor and then place them in the bag. When I questioned him, he said he “gave me extra fries” instead. That’s not acceptable—just provide a fresh order, not food that was dropped.

Overall, this was a bad experience from start to finish and a strong reminder of why I usually avoid eating here. If possible, I would appreciate a manager contacting me regarding a refund.

Immediately after eating my burger, I got a terrible terrible stomach ache. I’ve been eating Five Guys since I was like 12 and i’ve never gotten a stomach ache from a chain, except for this one. It may have been their grease, or maybe they didn’t clean their stove properly because my stomach is in pain. I do not recommend this location at all. Bun was soggy and meat had no flavor either.

The manager was rude while taking the order just because he had to start over. In my opinion the employee's should be respectful and not have an attitude to the costumer. We decided to eat next door at wingstop and they were very nice and repeated our order, didint have a rude attitude and were understanding if they got somthing wrong in our order.Expecting better because the food is actually good but nicer employee's.

The horrendous smell in the restaurant is overwhelming.
The cashier was inpatient and cold not friendly whatsoever even after we informed him it was our 1st visit to five guys not welcoming at all. Was very robot like. Basically they guy didn't give a shit we were there to order food.
The food was good made to order just how we asked. But it was hard to enjoy it, with horrendous smell in the restaurant. Never again will we eat here or any five guys restaurant!!!!!

My husband and I had never eaten here before last night. Let me tell u, we have been missing out! The food was so good (the fries are to die for & taste even better than homemade!), the place was very clean, and we had the best service ever!!! The crew that was working was Armaan, G, Javanté, and Hugo. They were excellent! We were extremely impressed by their customer service skills, they were not only very friendly, but also enthusiastic, helpful, and informative. We have a service dog that goes with us everywhere and these 4 young men made us and our dog feel very welcome and well taken care of. Even if the food hadnt been as tasty as it was or with such great portions we still would go back just based on the superior way we were treated by these 4 young men. Hats off to you guys...keep up the good work and we will definitely be regular customers from here on out!

First time trying Five Guys, and I’ll never go back. Burger was just bad and not fresh. Fries were too greasy. Overpriced. Slow service and dirty tables.

Place is always empty. Parking lot is empty. I ordered a plain hotdog. Not because I wanted it. That's all they had. I want to love five guys. Add an egg, avocado, chillies, tots, different cheeses. Something other than a plain dog and burgers.
