This location didn’t start out the best in the past, but it was okay. Now, it really went downhill. Last time I ate here, the food tasted old, and the place smelled really bad. Not coming here again.
Never going to a five guys ever again. Wow, What a horrible experience. Literally no one in the restaurant. Waited 30 minutes for a burger and shake. They forgot the shake. And they completely forgot to make my friends entire order. We ended up waiting 45 minutes. My food was cold by the time my friend got his. The staff here is soooooo bad. Horrible horrible horrible.

I love Five Guys, I use to work at one in my hometown but no fries after 9pm twice??? They were “out” but really had just shut the fryers down early and not prepped fries purposely. In addition there is a very foul smell at this location that has been here *every* time I have come.
