Burger was decent, onion rings were pretty good, sundae was... Ok. A little odd tasting. My biggest thought was how incredibly expensive. For a sm combo and the mini sundae, I spent $19. I could get a whole meal at Outback for less than that, and many other restaurants. I won't be back, simply because the value to price is so far off. Burger patties are very thin, no more than 1/8#, & almost $10 for a quarter pound ok-ish burger is excessive imo.

I always enjoy stopping at Freddy's with my kids but this time the service was horrible the young man acted as if he couldn't hear us and we were literally yelling ? not just that it seems as if all teenagers where working that night we went because they were all playing laughing and well on their? other than that the food was delicious as always the ice cream was great but the gummy worms and Oreos in them where and tasted old. I do not think we will be stopping here again.

Ordered here last night to support mysons school, some of the proceeds went towards it.I ordered for pick up for 4 people. Once I got home we realized just about everything we ordered was messed up.The chicken tenders was the only thing they got right and they still didn’t include the honey mustard. They put all the wrong condiments on the burgers, it was almost like the cooks made them at random. Oh and they also forgot our concrete shake which I didn’t realize until I was home. I guess that explains why there was only 1 person eating there at 7pm.I never write reviews but this was so bad I felt like I needed too.If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Food was good but we were not told at time of ordering that there was no tea. Knowing that info would have changed my order and not waste money on a drink to only be able to get water. The person taking my order seemed apathetic and dullwitted.

me and my family will never come back!!! They give me the wrong order for one and two my husband went in the men's restroom they was baby roaches I knew when he told me he seen them their restaurant is dirty. And me and my family was trying to enjoy our food even though I was frustrated we still ate there. And I kept hearing baby animals crying or something and once I looked down there was baby rats jumping out the chairs that was the last straw. They need to be closed down because the restaurant is infested with rats and I'm so disgusted by that I can't believe I ate from there. Food made me sick.

You need to redo your sign and make sure that the light is on the sign at night I literally had to try to order it in the dark no light on the sign sign looks like it was created back in 1976 more money should be put into the upgrade so that it can do just as much business as everyone else because as far as I was concerned I didn't realize that it was going to be so ghetto I have never been to a Freddy's before and it's okay I'm good on it I never have to go again

I just want to share my honest review. The quality of service and food is excellent ?. Went to the restroom there is an old and rusty trash can in the ladies restroom that looks disgusting. Details make a difference in the overall customers satisfaction. Other than that the dining area is clean and smells good.
