Ordered online with door dash. The order was a little messed up and small portions. However Griffin (manager I spoke with you on the phone) offered to remake the order. Since we already got it delivered he offered to help me next time I am in. Thank you, good customer service gets me back. May have been disappointing today but the resolution was good. Thank you again.

My wife just picked up food from here. I heard that the employee was unhelpful at best. She requested a specific sauce and the employee blatantly threw a completely different kind of sauce on the burrito.

Now, these kind of things are unfortunately normal to expect in our modern era of fast service. What is not normal is portion control and quality of food. The plate I received was depressing. It was a keto protein bowl, to which my wife said she requested extra cauliflower rice based on how sad it looked originally. What is present in front of me is a 1.5" tray that's not even half filled, with more than 40% of the bottom of the tray exposed. This is after she requested more. On top of that, the meat was completely stone cold, which offered an interesting contrast with the Luke warm rice.

We've been to free birds once years ago and had an awful experience. We decided to try them again today and somehow it was worse. I am baffled that this is a chain.

Slow as hell. Like 5 guys standing around doing nothing but "we are short staffed."

Have always loved Freebirds and this location is the best. I got home and realized part of my order was incorrect and they remade the entire thing for me. Can’t recommend enough

First time at Freebirds and won’t be my last! One of the best dang burrito bowls I’ve ever had! Great vibe to enjoy a great burrito. Already planning a next visit next time I’m in town. Yum.

Kaitlyn at the Round Rock Outlet has the most amazing customer service. Great energy, amazing smile and just overall really good at her job. I already know the food is good but I’m coming back specifically because she was kind and helped me get my burrito just how I like it. Great Job Kaitlyn you deserve a raise.

So subpar for what it is. Don’t pay extra for the prime steak - not even chewable. Salsa has weird sweet taste. Corn salsa is barely roasted. Save your money and eat tacos at home. Booo ? RIP Freebirds, smells like a venture capitalist cooked this junk. Don’t bother with your canned responses - we won’t be returning.

Completely forgot a serving of steak after I paid for a full serving of steak and an additional serving of chicken.
I assumed maybe it didn’t say it on the ticket and there was confusion.
Nope…
Receipt says steak and chicken and yet still forgot it

If you go to Freebirds don’t do delivery.

It’s pretty good until you take a bite and find a foreign object in your food. Found this hard white/yellow thing in the middle of my burrito, not sure what it is, might be a plastic that broke off of something. Disgusting none the less.

I felt the meat portion was small and lacked flavor. I also felt that I spent more than what I got out of the meal. I doubt I'll return unless it's with friends.

The service here is atrocious! It’s ran by a bunch of children who have zero idea on how to do their jobs, and zero management to lead. Called to cancel an order placed online due to internet outage which I understand is no one’s fault, but if the food wasn’t ready then why should I pay for it? A simple cancelling of the order and refund wasn’t that hard of a request, but of course the charge went through so which tells me the person I spoke to did absolutely nothing to help me with my simple request. Beware! Don’t go here.
