We used to like this place. Now, they are going overboard with the COVID precautions and the selection is underwhelming. Pretty much the same flavors offered all the time now. And, cash is still a form of currency. I will go somewhere else where they want to take my money. Hopefully they will realize the economy has opened back up and the virus does not live on surfaces.

I Love frozen yogurt. Googled the closest to me and Front Porch came up. Went in to find 4 employees and zero customers. They asked me to put chemicals on my hands and put gloves on. I declined their sanitation protocol yet said that I understand their policies and if one of the 4 standing there could get me the yogurt I would be on my way. They declined to serve me without me downloading their app and ordering on line as I stood inside there empty shop. The rudeness of the person in charge and lack of customer service was astonishing. I will not be back. They did not ask or care if I had allergies to their chemicals or mandatory gloves. The stupidity of their policies and education of their staff I'm afraid will be the end of their business.

They have a self serve station you can mixed it or you can do just one flavor there is one table outside that you can sit if you wish time limit is 20 minutes

Came here with my friend to grab some froyo and catch up! The froyo was very good and I loved that it felt like a mom and pop froyo shop. they had some unique flavors that you can't get at other chains. I also like they had dietary friendly options (low carb, dairy free, fat free etc.) Toppings were all portioned out due to covid and they had everything you could really want on your froyo. Would definitely come here again!

Front Porch believes we are too stupid to know what is best for OUR health. They should stay to selling fattening ice cream and not get into the “selling their beliefs” business. FRINT PIRCH RR IS A HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!
Used to love this place, but since Covid they've treated me like a leper. I told them I'm medically exempt from wearing a mask and they were starring at me the entire time I was in their store. Tried it again a few months later, they wouldn't serve us without a mask. Sick and tired of this BS. If you're so scared of bare faces, then stay closed for good.

Prior to COVID, this was my GO TO with a few exceptions. They watch you as if your going to run off with the machine or something. Now, my first visit since COVID, I will say, they are very COVID conscious which is good BUT now instead of you pouring your desired amount of toppings, you are now being charged $0.60 for each topping you want. THAT is honestly crazy to me... I don't think I will be back even tho pre covid this was ALWAYS my go to. I will be looking for another froyo place. I think it might be better to charge A LITTLE more for the yogurt to make up for the new toppings system but geez $.60 for each topping? That's just absurd... I had to limit my husbands toppings
