My son decided he wanted to go to Gattitown for his birthday. We went on Wednesday (3/4/2026) around 5 PM. Unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. When we got there, there wasn’t much to choose from on the buffet. They had pasta, salad, and drinks available, but the pizza selection was extremely limited. Out of the four pizza stations, only about two had anything out, and even those were nearly empty most of the time. It seemed like they just couldn’t keep up with what little they were serving or maybe they just weren’t trying to restock very often. Dessert was another letdown. The only option available was brownies, and honestly they looked pretty unappetizing. There were no cinnamon sticks at all, which is usually something we look forward to. On top of that, the dining area needed more attention. The table next to us sat full of dirty dishes and trash for quite a while before anyone came to clean it up. We’ve never had a disappointing experience at Gattitown before, but we’ve also always gone on weekends. This visit definitely didn’t live up to what we’re used to, especially for a birthday outing.

Love coming here every other weekend! The pizza always comes out hot and fresh. The mac and cheese + the spaghetti w/ marinara tasted good! And to finish it all, the cinnamon dessert; super tasty and delicious!

Good place to get away if you have kids or just want to have fun on a date. Can't go wrong with pizza and games and good times. Birthday parties...a good place for that. Staff is friendly and it's clean, but I'm sure it's a tough job especially with so many people coming and going.

I haven’t had the chance to try the food here yet it’s next on my list but I wanted to take a moment to recognize the assistant manager, Jose. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and clearly knows how to run a team the right way. It’s refreshing to see a manager who not only does what’s expected, but consistently goes above and beyond. That level of leadership is rare, and it truly makes a difference.
The building itself is also a really clean/interesting place, especially with the arcade. I’m looking forward to bringing my kids here soon. Thanks to the entire crew, and especially to Jose keep up the great work.

I arrived with my family shortly after opening. Everything was quiet for the first 30 min & everything was either hot & fresh for pizza & sides or nice & cool regarding salad & desserts. I was very happy to see a clean dinning area & the bathrooms were clean & smelling wonderful.

The food was good and served hot, and the salad bar was fresh. Both buffet tables stayed clean and well-maintained even though the place was packed. That said, the games definitely need some attention. Several machines took money off the cards without actually starting the game. Also, they do not honor free buffet tickets from other locations, even though the voucher does not specify that it’s limited to a particular location. Overall, the food experience was solid, but the game issues and lack of clarity on vouchers took away from the visit.
