First time trying. The pasta is so flavorful and delicious, yes more on the pricey side…but the ingredients are amazing. I will say, the issue I keep having is with the Shells. They say to cook them for 8 minutes, but even when I cook them for 20, the middle of the shell is super hard and the outside is falling apart. So I don’t think I have gotten the full experience!

The pasta from here is truly incredible! However if you plan to go to their kitchen to buy some, don't trust the hours on Google. I wasted my entire lunch break driving here from Austin only to find out they're not open during their listed hours. Bummer.

Blown away by the taste and bonus high fiber in the pasta. If you have tried alternative pastas looking for high fiber, low carb pasta then try this instead. It's "normal" pasta with so much flavor and high fiber. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I purchased this pasta while visiting in San Antonio, stumbling across them at the farmers market. It is wonderful. We took it home back to Nebraska, enjoyed it our first night back, and we definitely crave more. Adding a sauce to this pasta would be a sin. It doesn’t need anything. We tried the garlic lemon pepper and the roasted garlic jalapeño and DAMN. Can’t get enough of it. The lady who made the pasta recommended these choices and not to eat it with any sauce, we threw in some grilled shrimp. Chefs kiss!

This is the very best pasta I have ever had, and I am a pasta lover. I am so happy to know I can go to her store to get it without having to track it down at the Farmers Market!

My husband and I have been ordering this pasta on line for several years now. Each pasta is so flavorful and so delicious. My favorites are the Rosemary Lemon Pepper, Italian Herb Linguine and Tomato Basil & Garlic, just to name a few. We follow Gourmet Texas Pasta on Instagram and it is fun to learn so many new recipes!
