Me and my friends have been coming to this ihop for a while and NEVER in my life had I had such a pleasant experience. Tj has been our sever the past few times we’ve dined and she is just wonderful. We keep coming back for mostly her. Food is a 10, service is a 10, Tj is 100/10

We go to this IHOP often and TJ is AMAZING!! Every time we come in she is always so awesome! Words can’t explain how welcoming she is. I don’t think I’ve ever had a rememberable experience at IHOP until TJ was our server. I look forward to coming here now. If anyone deserves a raise it’s TJ.

I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to the amazing service from TJ! She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we walked in. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. she had a warm smile, kept checking in on us without being overbearing, and made sure everything was just right. People like TJ make a simple meal out feel extra special. IHOP is lucky to have her!

Service was slow. Screaming kids at adjacent table was intolerable. Family of ten pushed two tables for two together and seated four children under four together. Children were never asked to use an inside voice or asked to tone it down a bit. Screaming was constant. When finished eating, neither offer of dessert or check happened until my wife was standing at her walker. Eventually server brought check as we approached the front desk. No one there so I went back to kitchen area and asked other servers where I could pay the bill. They said I would have to find my server and pay it to her. I then asked if I could get the AARP or veterans discount and was rudely informed that there was nothing they could do. I had to ask for the discount when ordering. We'll never go back.

The breakfast we had was very good. I had the breakfast sampler with the cinnamon icing pancakes and my dad had The smokehouse combo and both of them came out great and the eggs were cooked correctly on both combos and the lady who was our waitress was very nice and definitely made sure we had anything that we needed while we were there eating.

Standard IHOP. Food and service were what we expected. If I was in the Round Rock area and wanted IHOP, I’d have no concerns coming here. I will state it was one of the cleaner IHOPs I’ve been to.

Needed some comfort food. A country fried steak, perfect eggs, toast, pancakes, biscuits, gravy, sausage, hash browns. Shared between two people. Great comfort food for a great price.

Management is the rudest 3rd shift person ever. I came in on a pickup order ahe refused to make it after taking the online order from a third party source. All I am is a delivery driver. Then finally agreed to cook it and I waited over 30 minutes. The restaurant os a mess. I would never ever ever eat here.

Went to ihop with some family and the building was trashed. I’m not expecting a 5 star experience from ihop but I do expect a clean restroom. The women’s restroom was covered in dirty paper towels. Dirty diapers OPENED on the floor and feminine products on the trash cans. What’s crazier is they have a restroom check list on the door which means employees are claiming to have cleaned it every hour. That’s definitely not the case. Our server was very kind but so busy I didn’t catch his name. Other servers were walking around with headphones so I’m glad we got an attentive server.
