Waited at the host stand for 5 minutes before anybody acknowledged us. Multiple servers saw the line piling behind us with no acknowledgement. The host finally came with no sense of urgency - we were not greeted by her. All she said to us was “we don’t have crayons” as she grabbed the children’s menus.

We waited about another 5 minutes before the waitress came and when she finally came to the table we decided it was best to just leave.

The atmosphere was very unwelcoming.

Severely understaffed. Took a long time to get a table even though restaurant wasn’t full. The waiters r courteous and doing what they can but the reviews tell the story.

Took forever to get food and it wasn’t even hot. Taste was also so so. Quality has gone done and if they don’t recover, it will be over for ihop

I ordered my food online @1049am and I’m still sitting here@1123. My food was sitting on the shelve this whole time. She says the receipt has no name. Buti said there’s always a phone number. You asked for my phone number I gave it to you. And nothing. Continue sitting then my phone powered on and showed her my receipt she goes to the bag that’s been sitting there this whole time and like here this is yours. I’m like no. It needs to be remade cuz you didn’t look at the receipt right. There’s toast in there and rewarming eggs will be nasty and rubbery. I will go to a different ihop next time this is ridiculous. Extremely pissed Let’s see how long it takes to remake the food

I just had a very unpleasant experience with one of your employees. I called the store to let them know that i didn’t receive 2 items with my delivery order, and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and hostile. When I asked to speak to a manager I heard her sly comments to the manager. When the manager answered, i never received an apology or an immediate response on how to rectify this issue. This is clearly a lack of training on how to handle a customer complaint and how to do a quest recovery

I usually go for late night dinners and last time had a wonderful waitress and the chef did my eggs perfectly! I'm really picky with my eggs. The waitress made some kick hiney coffee! I usually go for late night dinner dates, so if you come across the waitress who is shy about having a Motorola phone, tip her big!
