management at night. They can't never get the order right. I call to talk to the manager about my order and she didn't want to listen to me so she just hung up on me, I called back and she let the phone ring until it went to the fax number. I've been in retail for 30 year and I have never treated my customers like i was treated. The manager name was Jess or that what she said it was. poor quality and poor service.
