Don't go to this store if you want to wait more than 10 minutes for the person to serve you to order after 10pm, don't go, their drive-thru service is horrible, they leave you waiting more than 10 minutes to serve you.

Well, it’s one of those evenings where you just crave a couple of tacos and call tonight so I head to the drive-through. It is a brand new Valero gas station attached to this location which is pretty dead. Their car wash is boarded up so nothing great going on there. I get to the drive up speaker in order two tacos and a medium ice water. The Cashier says five dollars and some change.
I repeat back are you sure that’s the total and he’s like yes it is. I’m like how can that be? The tacos are two $1.79. He goes to tell me the water is $3.50?
I’m like what then he goes. He has a courtesy copy he can give me for free after going back-and-forth. I’m like OK I guess the court courtesy couple will do. .
As I get to the drive-through window, I’ll ask him so when is this been going on? He said he gets in trouble if he gives away free waters it’s mostly about the cup and not the water or the ice. I go tell him that McDonald’s doesn’t do this or Burger King or Wendy’s or anybody else really I can think of this is the first he goes yeah it’s just the Jack in the Box policies he has to follow and he’s sorry about it. So kudos to him. I don’t blame him for nothing. This is all corporate. He didn’t proceeded to give me a small cup of ice waters as here you go. It’s no big deal. I’m like OK. I would probably put this on TikTok, but it’s shut down. We have a few laughs and I get my tacos and head out of there so Jack-in-the-Box, charging for water full price like a soft drink who would get water and not a Coke or a Sprite or Diet Coke when I can just get that instead of water for the same price Get outta here Jack in the Box.

Drove up ordered our food 😋 was immediately handed our food. The food was warm and delicious even after we drove home. Food is always delicious. The young gentleman in the window was very kind and polite. Thanks for all that you do.

Today has been the worst visit ever. I know it is a Holiday but the fries were cold, hard, and only half full for the large fries. The chicken sandwich was really hard. The side salad was warm. The dinner salad was the size of a side salad but with two chicken strips on it. The quality of this location keeps getting worse with each visit.
I will be driving to a different location that is farther away from now on.

TWO employees for a Friday night shift??? I've already left a review. She was friendly,but poor girl was working lobby AND drive thru! Wait time is horrible but we understood why at the window. Do better Jack! Hire more people!!! Or close the doors!

Been a while since I had been to a Jack and it sounded good. Ordered popcorn chicken on the app. Got to the window and was told they don't have it anymore, despite still having a poster in the window. Was offered something else, but after asking for chicken strips, I was then informed there was going to be an increase in cost. Which I understand to a point, but they could have maybe offered the 20% off I had used in the app. About 45 minutes total and was just so disappointed. I hate to put Jack back on my no-go list, but it just was not a good experience.
