I ordered online...bunch of tacos...go inside to wait...dingy and dirtiest jib I've ever been in...stand at counter to get a water but nobody acknowledges me so I grab a water cup. Girl comes up and says what are you doing so I said I ordered online and was gona ask for a water cup...she tells me the cup I took is too big for water...mind you I already filled it up...and gets a little plastic cup....same cost...I said do you really want to switch since I already filled this up...she says yes and takes the other cup and throws it in the trash....crazy...but so stupid it made my day for the comedic value...told her I appreciate the worst customer service I've ever seen and ill never be back....this place should be thankful for anyone who comes in here....never anyone in there and dirty as hell...but she made my day w how ridiculous it was.

I don't know how you mess up my mozzarella stick or maybe they're just disgusting to begin with. First, is completely hollow with nothing but breading. Then I get it half cooked and doughy. What was supposed to be the highlight of the meal was the convincing factor of me not coming back. Don't waste your money. Just go somewhere else. I'm sure the ladies behind the counter are sweet. Terrible

The food is outstanding!!! It has been many years since I have been close enough to a Jack in the box to stop by. Alexa cooked my food to perfection! Yes! first tacos in Texas was here! Gio was great and took our order right away and was very cheerful! I urge you to stop by! Great experience!!!
