Jack in the Box is typically slower than most fast food. But it's ok, it's usually better!Except this location. I started going to the other side of town to a different jack because this one seems like no one actually works here. Pull up to the drive through, you have to honk several times, flash lights, yell into the intercom all at once for them to acknowledge your existence. No one here cares at all. Instead of minimum wage give them zero wage! Fire these lazy people and hire people who actually give a damn about their own employment

Why be open 24 hrs if your going to make cars wait 10 min and not take their order!! then pull up to the window and you inform the guy you coax to come to the window thats that theres 3 cars waiting to order, you waited 5 min for the car ahead of you to order, then after 7 minutes drive up to window since noone tried to take your order only to be told I don’t care/ move on. - update- regional manager reached out to me and took care of this issue, went at noon 1/12/23 and staff was warm and receiving. Food was Le Jacque in da Box good- always get taco sauce with the two taco vest deal!

Really bad. The drive thru took forever, the doors were locked during open hours, and I think only one person was working there. Not sure what's going on over here, but I don't want to be trapped in that drive thru again.

It was exactly what Jack in the Box is supposed to be.December '23 update: Great order prep and delivery. Was perfect. The restaurant is clean and this morning the manager was a great young man. Obviously, he treated the staff well.

The past 3 times I've been to this location I wait at least 10 minutes at the drive through but nobody ever tends to you. Is there anybody working at the drive through? I drive around to the window but it's like a ghost town no sign of employees inside. All the lights are on and the drive through window is ajar. Where is everyone?This is during normal business hours at 8pm. I've seem several other cars in front of me leave for the same reason on each occasion. It is like this location doesnt want business. Bizarre.

Really bad service, ordered a chicken wrap and cinnamon bites and when I got to the window, the guy tried to act like I didn’t ask for it even though he added it on the screen and I saw it. Then when I remind him I also ordered the cinnamon bites he says I don’t think we have them, and then says or maybe we do but it’ll take a really long time. I said that de fine and literally they weren’t warmed up or anything. Very odd

Order food then have to wait 22 minutes to get your food watched them put the food in bags then take it back out of bags throw that bags away get new bag put food in manager on Bluetooth ear bud talking on phone about non work stuff ignoring people waited the whole time for the boba milks didn't receive them til we got food. No customers were inside when we ordered food there's a c pearling by the drink machine just balancing itself standing up nothing holding it in place so kids or anyone could hurt themselves also food luke warm when received

Miserable experience. Woman at the front desk just doesn't care, practically threw my food at me and ran away. They were not busy. I had to wait for her to come back to ask for ketchup and she looked confused for a while before serving me. There was a guy playing a meeting on like a speaker and the manager was goofing with him as a friend instead of asking him to be respectful of the other patrons or training her staff or cleaning the place. Awful.Edit to the response; I don't want to go through your website and spend more of my time helping you. You've got 3 stars all across town... You clearly have a problem that goes right up to corporate. Fix it your own self.
