I walk into Jack in the Box a few times a year to remind myself just how awful some fast food places can be. I just moved to the area and tried this location and it’s just as bad as the others. The place was empty but the service was still slow. The place looks like it hasn’t seen a remodel in 30 years just like most JIB are. The food was terrible. The fries were greasy and cold. The burger was greasy and tasted bad. Just stay away from JIB they are the bottom of the barrel along with Burger King. They are just straight up trash.

I was really hoping to like this place. I went inside to order and dine in and try the Smashburger. They got my order wrong the first time. Manager had to come correct it and she didn't acknowledge me. Very disengaged and had a bad demeanor. Went to get my drink at the fountain machine and tried 5 different options and all tasted horrible. Asked the counter guy if they had another drink machine. They did at the drive through window a shot me a drink. The burger was greasy with loads of sauce. Couldn't even taste the burger. I couldn't finish it because it was uneditable.

For the past few days I’ve been in the area because of work and been stopping by for lunch due to some new items in their menu and affordability. The food isn’t going to blow your mind but it’s been consistent and it’s always been quick. The women at the window is very nice.

I ordered a breakfast jack meal. My go-to meal, but this was at a different location. The bun, the ham, and the egg were burnt. I was on my way to an appointment, so I couldn't go back. I will never visit the Round Rock location on 620. I live in Taylor, Tx. And I love that location. I rarely, if ever, experienced an issue there. Food is always fresh and hot. The employees do not value customers. They won't bother to get your order correct. Even if your order is one single item. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is hungry and wants to choose what they would like to eat.
