i tried going to Jack in the Box at night and was pretty disappointed. I didn’t realize the dine-in isn’t open 24/7, so I decided to use the drive-thru, but I ended up being ignored. I waited around 40 minutes trying to place an order and left with nothing. I was really looking forward to trying Jack in the Box for the first time since I’ve been craving it lately, but I can only go out at night, so my options are limited. This experience was a letdown :/

Why even be open 24 hours?. Thaw out your tacos and have them ready for the 2 o'clockers. Don't make customers have to drive to the next city for tacos.

Walked in, and the smell was horrible. The restaurant was clean for being fast food. The service was fast and friendly. The only reason as to why we did not leave was because my child really wanted it.

I stopped into this Jack in the Box, parked the car and went in. Stood for a while checking out the menu then very obviously moved to a service window...and waited. I could see two people working, one grilling, and one possibly helping drive-through customers (but it was a very short line outside). Both looked at me and said nothing but when about doing whatever. I stood a while longer until a young man came in, probably signing in from lunch or for work at the very register I was standing in front of. He poked at the screen a while, then without a blink in my direction turned and walked away. At this point I left. I'd say these young people needed a refresher course in customer relations, but I'm not sure they had one to begin with. They need to go to any IN-Out-Burger and watch how those servers greet and handle their customers.

If the soda machine and windows could be cleaned, that would be nice. Otherwise, a good experience.
I got a small snack here for me and my wife on Tuesday January 2nd. Within two and a half hours she was violently throwing up. I got sick a half hour later and ended up in the hospital with a partial bowel obstruction caused from food poisoning. My physician said it was likely due to a preformed toxin present in the food I ate recently. I cannot recommend ever eating at this establishment.

Spent 52 minutes in the drive thru line because the kid inside is a complete moron. Can't even get an order of two tacos right. I'm never coming back to this location!!!
I placed 2 orders 2 curly fries / biscotti desserts & 10 nuggets. They had me pull around and come inside for everything to be horrible. The manager looked at me like he was irratated and I didn’t even get a receipt. Typically the night crew is my favorite but this was horrible.

Ordered 6 taco from this store with xtra cheese, lettuce and sauce. Got no cheese, no sauce barely any meat and a crap ton of cheese. I'm so tired of these kids working here wanting $15-$20hr and doing a crappy job on making sure your food is correct. Stay off your phones and pay attention. This is not the first time this has happened, try proba my the 3rd or 4th time. Last time there was so much sauce on the tacos that the shells were falling apart and the paper was falling apart that holds the tacos.
