I ordered with the manager I believe his name was Tony (Wednesday 11/26 @ 1PM) and I told him I was traveling and my hometown doesn’t have a Jason’s deli and wanted everything seperate to keep the sandwich as fresh as possible. The manager went above and beyond accommodating this complicated request. Any other place would of ignored or denied this request but the manager made it possible and we were able to enjoy this delicious meal hours later. Very appreciated 10/10 service.

2nd time ordering to go, and no au jus included with beef eater sandwich. We even let the delivery person to please check. But they told us they couldn't open the bag. Isn't it the restaurants responsibility to bag everything included though?
