They don't offer any military or officer discounts. They forgot the pickles on all of our sandwiches and my sauerkraut. But the people were very nice and so were the muffins.

Krystal is a very rude person. I tried to make a big purchase, but I didn’t go through with it because her attitude was far from ideal. Please make an effort to teach her proper customer service, as this negatively impacts the business.

After a long day at work we decided to order From Jason's Deli at Round Rock for delivery (GrubHub) and for whatever reason the desserts were missing. We called the restaurant (11/07 at 8pm) to report that all of the deserts were missing and the person (woman) who answered the phone was apologetic at first and when we asked if they had the deserts on stock she put us on hold and then came back and said" We don't refund 3rd party deliveries." We never intended to ask for a refund, just wanted what we paid for and so we had to drive out in our PJs to get the deserts we paid for and never received. We got to the restaurant at around 8:20pm and no apologies.
But on this night, seems to have no manager. Multiple employees on phones, minimal service, many dirty unbussed tables with dishes.
But this is rare. Normally great. Pretty slow and I think the team is bored.
