I order a coffee and a croissant. The cashier hands me my coffee right away but doesn't grab my food. I look at around at the other employees but no one is on it. I finally have to ask where my food is and they say it's heating up. Same thing happened to the guy next to me. He asks about his bagel. Then we both watch while the employee puts our food in the oven. The employee lied instead of apologizing. I also hear them telling eachother to put the expired food out in front...yikes! When I finally get my croissant, it is hard and stale. This is actually the second time this happened when I came here last year. Slowest and least attentive employees I've ever encountered at a coffee shop. It wasn't even busy. There were two other customers. They should really reconsider their staff.

$5 for cold fries. This place is in need of management overseeing quality control

Ordered a croissant for my daughter, paid for it, they came back 5 minutes later, saying they ran out of croissants. Gave us a bagel instead. The bagel was inedible hard and impossible to eat. Paid for nothing. Never again. Workers were pretty rude. But they're teens, so...

Takes 10+ minutes to get a below average premade non heated pastry AFTER waiting in a 5 minute line to order. Customer service is also pathetic. Do better.

This is basically a Starbucks branded coffee shop. Obviously huge variety and the normal order and waiting process. Service was fast considering how busy it was.
The staff are slow, unpersonable, and incompetent. The food is terrible.

Not good! This is a Starbucks inside Kalahari. And because it’s inside the resort what you’ll pay more for a Venti here than you pay for a Grande at a regular Starbucks. Unfortunately, every drink we purchased wasn’t just slightly bad, they were undrinkable. One advertised pumpkin drink was nearly neon orange. If you are paying 30% more for the drinks inside a resort, they need to be absolutely perfect. If you are new, pull up the recipe. Whoever is managing is not checking quality control and training has not been properly completed.

The person preparing my coffee turned around and walked away while I was talking to her. I felt that was very rude. The coffee was okay nothing to wrote home about and the atmosphere was beautiful. Just really didn’t like the customer service experience.

Fruits in the tart were so sweet. Military discount 10%. Still little expensive but considering the location is in a resort, i guess it's normal. There will be some line to wait.
