I feel bad because I have never crossed the line as I did last visit there, a gentleman took care me previous visit but my last time one rude lady with no patience at all makes me frustrated and I even insulted her, I apologize I shouldn't say what said, but she makes me lost my temperament and I think the people has to behave like the gentleman always do and have some patience with the customer, she didn't say any insult like I did, but is the way how she talk like angry and no patience, she is very disrespectful and that's not good for business.
I continue to try and be supportive of this establishment, but the lack of professionalism increases each time. Not a great experience.
It's very loud and staff are rude if you cannot hear them.

We just came to order and specified no cheese on a sandwich and they put cheese on it. We ordered two sandwiches, one with cheese and one without and they put cheese on both. Won’t be returning
5 employees on shift, not a single one acknowledged or helped me when trying to pick up an order. Horrible customer service.

Scam artists
Ordered a club and got what I wanted on there, was then asked “do you want bacon?”
I said of course I do it comes on the sandwich I am ordering. Got a very rude response of “well you’d be surprised at how many people say NO!” I dropped it and didn’t respond, just paid for the sandwich and walked away.
Who doesn’t want bacon on a sandwich that comes with it? The employee made it seem like it was xtra to add bacon by saying “do you want bacon”. She should have said your sandwich comes with bacon, do you want it on there? Or even better yet just make the sandwich as it’s supposed to be made. I wasn’t asked if I wanted turkey or ham or cheese…
I was told you’d be surprised by how many people say no to the bacon. I would guess that with the way they ask that question a vast majority of customers are wanting it but don’t want to pay xtra for it. So they say no and leave getting ripped off.
This location should have a promotion to return all the stolen bacon back to its customers and promise to stop asking that question and scamming the customers.

Whichever gentleman that was working with a beard apparently said “no I got y’all”.
That was the kindest and most nicest thing. Times are tough rn.
I got into a head-on head collision with a deer, and it has flipped my life upside down. I am also a F&B manager and I just want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you!!!

My Fiance and I just left the university blvd location, it was about 6 individuals working at the front counter and only us waiting in line. When we first walked in no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. We waiting in line for about 10 minutes and even moved up in front of the employees so they could see us and say something. The only thing the lady said was wait back there and we will be with y’all shortly. Then an older white American gentleman came in and was greeted immediately by the staff. They asked him his name and if was picking up something. Even gave an eta on the wait. After we saw how they openly welcomed him we left. I have been to this location before and never experienced this type of service but with the way things happened today I doubt we will be returning in the future.
I came in this evening with my family and was very underwhelmed. Most everyone was great, however, the girl who was wrapping/bagging our sandwiches was rude and had a bad attitude(Ive never seen her before so I didn't get a name). When I was telling the toppings girl what I wanted on my sandwich, the bagger rolled her eyes when I asked for additional toppings and when I asked for bacon, the wrapping girl intervened and told her to only apply 1 little piece of bacon which is not normally how its made. Besides this, the bread was stale and when I asked for light juice, it was completely soaked and the bottom bread was so soggy, I ended up not eating it.
I hate to have to write this as I have been here many times and have always been taken care of by Kaylie, Miss Tan and Cole. And the blonde girl making the hot subs was so quick and made the sandwiches perfect. I have never had a bad experience when it comes to them. I was very disappointed with this group working tonight and hope to have a better experience next time.
I was only there because I work there😂. No actual wait for a table,it's just waiting in line to order,dressing your sandwich and paying. If there was no rush,it would be about 5 minutes for all that!
