NO, one greets you when you enter the restaurant. No, one is smiling. This is by far the worst Jeresy Mike’s I’ve been to and it’s because of customer service. The manager needs to lead by a BETTER

So I had the pleasure of dealing with the manager named Cole! He was so sweet and friendly. He made the experience so smooth. His store was one of the cleanest I've seen!! His produce looks so fresh and tastes fresh as well!! I'll definitely be going back.

I am a frequent customer, probably getting 2-3 subs a month, almost always the same thing. It is customized according to their online menu and about half the time, they get it wrong. Not massively wrong, just wrong. In particular, they rarely read the "Special instructions". Today, I asked for no green peppers, extra banana peppers and light hot peppers. What I got was green peppers, light banana peppers, no hot peppers and ONE JALAPENO PEPPER, which I hate. When I called to report it, the girl would not give me a credit but "took my name" for a free replacement. We'll see if that works.

Wish I would have gotten his name but there was a kid there with a ball cap wearing a cross chain but kid was a beast. His efficiency alone must be pulling in good revenue for this location. They were busy. Had about 10 subs lined up and this kid took the wheel and had them knocked out in minutes. Other workers were good too but this kid specifically was special and a vital asset to the sub production

Stopped in at this location to take a sandwich on the go. The newby bubblehead girl didn’t cut my sandwich in 1/2, which made it hard to drive and eat at the same time. The mgr was trying to train her, but I think she is untrainable honestly. She doesn’t pay attn nor read the food ticket or she might grasp her job. Secondly, the white cheese served tastes as bad as it smells. Reminds me of the big block of chez WIC provides the needy. You would think Jersey Mike could offer his customers a better quality of cheese on their otherwise decent sandwiches. I won’t be going back to JM’s … ever! Firehouse Subs is 100% better-with no bubbleheads behind the counter.

Ordered online before and had issues such as missing items like chips and sandwiches made wrong. I decided to give them another shot today.Big mistake.Again I was missing my chips and my club did not have bacon or pickles on it.Sadly door dash will only refund me a small portion if my overall purchase. This must be a scam with this location. How can they be rated 4 stars and In 2 months on 2 separate occasions I'm missing food I paid for?This store must be doing great profits.I won't be returning to this location ever again.P.SI've posted this a few days ago and Google is hiding this review or the store is, who knows. Sigh

This has to be the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Went in to pick up a sandwich I ordered, told the employee at the counter I was here for a pick up and he said he could not give it to me, he turned around and walked away only to start talking to his co worker and start laughing while both looked at me. Will not be buying at jersey mikes, i love the subs but it is the bad experience that makes me never want to go there again. Me and my family will take our business elsewhere.

Great subs

I ordered the #8 footlong $21 and change for this sandwitch. So if one item in the sandwhich was not placed onto it I would not be so furious over this issue. But multiple items for which I had ordered to be placed on the sandwich were not added. First off the bread I ask for was correct, so I give them one star for that. But the rest of sandwich was just pretty much a total failure in every way possible. To start I bet the turkey Ham and cheese on it was maybe 2 passes with their meat slicer very little of all three.There was maybe three small strands of onion on this so called sandwich.Ok on we go. Next olive oil blend and honey mustard were not on the sandwich as ordered. It was a dry sandwich aside from the cherry pepper relish juices and maybe the 5 slices of jalapeño peppers juices. Then therw were no banana peppers or dill pickles or lettuce either. Oh wait I did however get 4 slices of tomato woo-hoo.My wife hasn't even broken into her #9 yet cause she isn't home just yet from work. So over all this total price for this 1 Giant sandwich (lol) and 1 #9 wrap was 51.57 to the door.I have been in Jersey Mike's on many occasions in-person to order by standing in line and never have I had an issue like this. So we figured we would get the same fantastic order status and outcome on a 1st item delivery but far far from the case here in every way.This total failure is on the person preparing the sandwich and the meat slicer employee both. We will do heavy thinking on any return to this establishment of business and are saddened to have had this experience.Charlie and Jenn
