Ordered online and supposed to be ready 6:45 pm , it's now 7:02 pm .... I finally received my order of 3 items and I doubled check my order, just to make sure, and it was only 2 items... Ugh!! Come on ..

I came here today with my daughter, neice, and nephew. It was there first time and staff was rude and rushed them through. They received coupon cards at school in May and were not able to use them because they just expired. I’m extremely disappointed in the staff and service. I was still going to be spending 30 plus dollars after the coupon and they wouldn’t honor. Do better!! Treat people with kindness.

I ordered a sub tonight on gluten free bread which prompted the worker to ask about an allergen. I let him know it was a soy allergy not gluten but he still wanted to treat it as such; he changed gloves, cleaned the counter space, and used red chili paste from the back. It was a great experience and we will back again.

No common sense. My husband went in to pick up our order for DoorDash and showed them the receipt that I texted him. I'll be the first to admit that my husband's temper is short. However, I called and spoke with the manager and even though the text message says at the top DOORDASH PICKUP these fools remade the order and made him pay for it AGAIN. He said my husband didn't say it was DD just showed him the text message. Clearly he cannot read and probably shouldn't be managing a restaurant.

Manager was rude when I first came to get a sandwich. She got annoyed when asked for veggies. Also seems rude and with a bossy attitude to her team. Be better lady.
