We came in about half an hour before closing. The 2 employee's that were working were super courteous and made us feel welcome. Our food was served promptly and exactly as ordered. Everthing was clean and well maintained. A very pleasant experience.

Reliable quality and still so fast you'll freak. I've been getting sandwiches from here for years and I've never really had a problem. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is because of corporate decisions, not anything the local branch is doing.

I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. It took very an hour to receive. When I received, half of my order wasn’t even there. I called back and the guy “said” he would just refund. He then hung up on me. I have no confirmation of a refund. They contract through uber eats who don’t even deliver to the correct address. It’s just ridiculous.

Once I've walked in, the two males employees started to whisper to the female at the front counter. I knew they wanted to laugh at me by looking at their face impressions. While I was ordering, the employees never made eye contact with me. A customer. It's better to go another place and be treated with respect and friendly as a person.

Ordered a sandwich to go AT THE COUNTER and was asked for a tip by the card terminal. The employee frowned at me when I declined. Enough of this. Stop trying to guilt customers into tipping in no tip situations.

Whack prices, whack rewards, whack hours of operation ? a little john shouldn't cost $5(with tax etc), rewards sucks doesn't matter how many times I let corporate know but whatever. This place used to open at 10:30am.
