I need corp. to get involved. I have never had an experience like this before and it almost seems racially targeted. I arrive at 9:04 on a Sunday (they close @10). I order a turkey ton and had a few modification. The gentleman that was working the night of 8.31. Literally ripped the inside of the bread out of my sandwich on both side (so it was just the topping and shell of the bread) and didnāt remove or add the things I request. I left a $5 tip because it was my birthday but the only thing your staff saw was my color. I didnāt eat it because I honestly thought if he would do that what else would he do. Iāll never because to this racism / hateful franchise

Idk what happened but this isnāt freaky fast anymore. There was one person in line ahead of me and theyāre taking so long to make my sandwich that I could write this review before they finished making it.

I used to love Jimmy Johnās, however I got pregnant and couldnāt have it. Iām 2 months postpartum and finally decided that it was time to go back and I even decided to get a different type of sandwich and they burned my sandwich. It was a pick up order that my husband placed and I wanted it toasted bc I never knew you could get it that way, i normally like just cold sandwiches. My husband was waiting around because they never confirmed the order either. So when my husband FINALLY came home and was downstairs telling me they burned the bread, I told him that it was fine and to just bring it up since I was breastfeeding our daughter. I did not realize he meant they turned the bread to char! So disappointing!! This all happened on Friday.

I didn't stop at JJ for about 3 years. Now they give you less for more money. I can't believe how stingy it became. $13 for a sandwich with no meat or cheese? I can see that you are going down drastically. Nobody was there at 5:45pm. The 2 girls standing behind the counter were unfriendly and couldn't answer 2 simple question. No experience or drive. Sorry but never again.
Their focus is more on speed rather than accuracy of order. Would be nice to see them slow down and get it right. Iāll gladly wait the xtra minute

The cashier with blue hair was incredible rude. There was no hi welcome in. I tried to be friendly and she was stale. I asked if there was a meal with turkey bacon avacado and she got upset and said no so rude. We ordered and weāre unsure of how to properly order a sandwich. We werenāt asked what size etc. just if we wanted a drink. Paid the $26 and honestly had no idea what we ordered. Got our sandwiches and she simply said āoh yeah foods ready over thereā pointed to our sandwiches on the counter grabbed her stuff and walked out the door. Super rude and unfriendly. Guess she cared more leaving her shift than helping customers. Everyone else was friendly and helpful. Was excited to give this place a try but the First Lady seemed miserable and hated her job.

The restaurant itself has a clean, inviting vibe, making it a perfect spot for a quick meal or a casual hangout.
