The slowest Jimmy John’s I have ever been to. Employees are not friendly, which is a major understatement. Just go to HEB and get a sandwich.

Idk what happened but this isn’t freaky fast anymore. There was one person in line ahead of me and they’re taking so long to make my sandwich that I could write this review before they finished making it.

I used to love Jimmy John’s, however I got pregnant and couldn’t have it. I’m 2 months postpartum and finally decided that it was time to go back and I even decided to get a different type of sandwich and they burned my sandwich. It was a pick up order that my husband placed and I wanted it toasted bc I never knew you could get it that way, i normally like just cold sandwiches. My husband was waiting around because they never confirmed the order either. So when my husband FINALLY came home and was downstairs telling me they burned the bread, I told him that it was fine and to just bring it up since I was breastfeeding our daughter. I did not realize he meant they turned the bread to char! So disappointing!! This all happened on Friday.

I didn't stop at JJ for about 3 years. Now they give you less for more money. I can't believe how stingy it became. $13 for a sandwich with no meat or cheese? I can see that you are going down drastically. Nobody was there at 5:45pm. The 2 girls standing behind the counter were unfriendly and couldn't answer 2 simple question. No experience or drive. Sorry but never again.

Their focus is more on speed rather than accuracy of order. Would be nice to see them slow down and get it right. I’ll gladly wait the xtra minute

The cashier with blue hair was incredible rude. There was no hi welcome in. I tried to be friendly and she was stale. I asked if there was a meal with turkey bacon avacado and she got upset and said no so rude. We ordered and we’re unsure of how to properly order a sandwich. We weren’t asked what size etc. just if we wanted a drink. Paid the $26 and honestly had no idea what we ordered. Got our sandwiches and she simply said “oh yeah foods ready over there” pointed to our sandwiches on the counter grabbed her stuff and walked out the door. Super rude and unfriendly. Guess she cared more leaving her shift than helping customers. Everyone else was friendly and helpful. Was excited to give this place a try but the First Lady seemed miserable and hated her job.
The sandwiches are always fresh, made with quality ingredients, and the flavors are consistently delicious. The service is generally good. The restaurant itself has a clean, inviting vibe, making it a perfect spot for a quick meal or a casual hangout. Despite this, Jimmy John's is definitely a go-to place for a satisfying meal in a great setting!

First, I asked for my sandwich to be toasted like I do at every sandwich shop, but was told “we don't do that here.” No biggie! Then asked if I can have a cup w lid on it for water, as I am driving 7hrs across tx, but she insisted on charging me for the cup despite a significant tip prior. Poor service :(
