I frequent the other locations but this was my first time at the Round Rock location. I ordered a Golden Milk COFFEE latte. After over looking the obvious coffee in the name and ingredients, I ordered it and was disappointed. I called convinced I was given the wrong drink (I did not want coffee nor realize it was included at this point), yet they offered to remake it. Once I arrived and they showed me the exact same drink, I asked to see the ingredients. The guy was super nice, explained what was in it, and offered me a detailed menu. I then realized I ordered wrong, and he STILL offered to alter it to what I explained I thought I was ordering. Not only did he make a second drink, but a third. I felt terrible bc it was obv my fault but the staff still treated me kindly and kept a customer is right attitude! Again if you read this I’m sorry u made it so many times but u fs made a great first impression for the business! Thank you guys so much for your patience and understanding

Great customer service at this Round Rock Juiceland! We placed a large order (30+ smoothies) for a high school sports team at a nearby event. Ralph and his team were so accommodating and had all of the smoothies individually labeled and packaged so they could be easily transported. On the day of pickup, we actually called to see if our order could be ready a little earlier than planned, and the JuiceLand team got everything done ahead of time for us. Thanks for a great customer experience!

I asked for the pumpkin spice seasonal smoothie. They were rude with me since I asked for it. The person that brought it for me to my car was also rice and it didn’t taste good. Super disappointing.

Our experience at JuiceLand was not satisfactory. The Cherry Limade and Recovery Drink we ordered did not meet our expectations and were not to our liking. While the staff was courteous, there was a delay in receiving our beverages.
