Went all the way to get some kfc and the lady was so impatient taking my order. Then when I get home I find out they didn’t add my macaroni but gave me a container full of gravy! Who the heck just orders gravy!!! The choice of chicken they gave me was so dry and poor and the box it came in caved from the bottom! No receipt so I can’t try and get my dang money back or at least what the heck I ordered. Horrible experience for this pregnant woman! I hate you kfc palm valley!...read full review
Amazing customer service !
Order a 12 piece meal . The guy at the window asked for us to pull up and they will bring the food out to us. Employee brought out food ( did not get his name ) as he gave us the order he said “ we ran out of biscuits for your meal so we added a full size family chocolate cake for y’all instead hope that’s fine “ Amazing ! 🍀👌🏻
None of the tables were closed off and the guy who took are order didn’t know much about the menu he didn’t asked us if we were dining in here just Assumed it was too go and will we were eating a fly keep flying a round us
